Pulling Teeth from a Ghost

Price was right, size was wrong.

Getting these people to refund was like trying to pull teeth from a ghost. They disappeared!

Shame on them and on Facebook.

Liars and Cheats

Before I placed my order, I e-mailed their customer service and asked them to confirm that I could in fact return any clothing item that did not fit or I didn't like. They said "yes, absolutely, within 30 days and in exactly the condition when it was sent out to you." What a LIE! After waiting for more than four weeks, the items I ordered arrived yesterday. When I tried them on, one item fit but the second did not. I immediately contacted the customer support by e-mail again. They told me I could NOT return the $50 item, but offered to put $10 back on my credit card. I doubt that I will ever see a cent of that. This is not a reputable company and I will never order any merchandise from them ever again.
