This is the second time I have used Vagpro LTD, for two separate issues.

I can’t recommend Kharrum enough for anyone needing repairs on a convertible roof. He worked on my Audi A4 soft top and the level of knowledge and expertise he has is honestly unmatched.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and carried out the repair to a really high standard. You can tell he genuinely knows these systems inside out, which gave me total confidence throughout.

After my experience, he’s the only person I trust with my soft top. Reliable, professional, and incredibly skilled – I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

VagPro retrofitted genuine Cruise Control and a Reverse View Camera to my Porsche Macan, and the results are flawless. Everything works perfectly and feels completely factory-installed. Professional service, smooth process, and great attention to detail—highly recommended!

VagPro helped me with 2014 Audi RS5 convertible. Roof storage lid was not closing properly with soft top down.

Khurrum was extremely helpful and accommodating. His communication is prompt and professional. I sent him some photos of the issue we had with my wife's EOS sunroof and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He was happy to have a secondhand replacement sunroof delivered to him. He stripped it down, inspected it, and did a small repair. The booking system was simple and we drove 3.5 hours from Dorset to have the work done, not wanting to spend the £1300 labour VW had quoted to fit the £1300 sunroof! Khurrum also recommended and carried out some preventative repairs and now we have a fully functioning car again. Don't touch the main dealers, Khurrum's knowledge and skill extends way beyond theirs and his labour charge is extremely low when compared to their rip-off rates! Thanks, Khurrum.

Had an issue with the convertible roof on my car. Headliner would not close down completely. Mercedes quoted over £2500 to completely change all parts. VagPro fixed the issue by changing the tension cords. A lot cheaper than Mercedes dealership! I highly recommend them for any convertible car issues!

I had an issue with the convertible rag roof of my Audi A4. I got a quick quote from a large franchise (authorised dealer) and I nearly fell off my seat. I eventually searched the internet for possible solutions based on the symptoms of the problem. I came across VAGPro and I sent a message. I promptly got a response and I was advised to book an appointment with a very minimal deposit. I believe this was just to show commitment and also to verify that I was a genuine customer. I attended my appointment and the gentleman was very courteous and professional. The problem was quickly diagnosed on the spot via ODB and also by demonstration. This was very helpful as it gave me confidence and re-assurance. Advice was given regarding what was required to repair the fault. No hidden costs. Within an hour, the problem was fixed by installing a replacement component. The issue is now properly resolved. Cost is always dependent on the problem but my cost was a fraction of the quote from the "dealership". VAGPro Ltd is an absolute legend. Would recommend 100%. I would give them 7 star if possible (out of 5) because they went the extra mile for customer service including providing extra advice beyond the original problem presented to them. Ohhh... and I received a refund this morning for my very minimal deposit when I booked the original appointment. I will get myself a coffee. THANK YOU AGAIN!

It was like visiting a Doctor’s surgery - the car was diagnosed, I went for a quick Starbucks, came back 45 minutes later and it was cured! Khurrum is an absolute miracle worker in what he does and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Just had roof repaired on Audi A4 cabriolet. Khurrum is such a knowledgeable and friendly man. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and then fitted a new motor within half an hour. The roof now works perfectly. Don’t bother looking anywhere else if you have issues with your convertible. Trustworthy and very reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
