The Defective tVNS
Bought entry level model. Marketing deceptive and downright dangerous. Show the device being powered by a cell phone. That is the reason I purchased it. You need OTG technology. Of course, no mention of that on the website as well. My Galaxy Note 8 has OTG, device still would not power on. Contacted them twice. Fitst person said I needed OTG, took phone models. Said he would get back to me, never heard from him again. Requested a refund heard nothing so far. Time to file a dispute for a defective device. Also file complaints with various agencies. Stay away from these guys for sure.

Scam Product, Terrible Support, Hidden Fees
Purchased this from a .com website, that secretly operates from London. I was charged a $10 foreign transaction fee from my bank. After endless troubleshooting, I returned the product, paying $20 in postage, but I was later charged an additional $17 for address correction. I am out $47 for a product that doesn't work.

device is faulty, support is slow and unhelpful
The operating mechanism of the device is extremely imprecise - it's just a small, fragile joystick to make the current increase or decrease. For whatever reason, mine won't decrease beneath the midway point - which means that whenever I try to use it I get the sensation of being electrically shocked as the current is clearly too high. I'm unsure if it's just my device that is faulty or if all of them are like this.
I contacted support who wasn't able to help me make it work properly. I requested a return and have been waiting more than a week for a reply.
