Spent over £130 and expected a smoother experience than this.

Shortly after ordering, I asked if I could add ring spacers (£2.99) to my order. I was told it wasn’t possible as the order had already been dispatched—which is fair enough. However, I was then told I’d need to pay £4.50 postage just to order that small add-on separately, which felt unnecessarily inflexible.

Things went further downhill when I asked to log a complaint—the advisor didn’t seem to understand what that meant, which wasn’t reassuring.

I was later told I’d receive a refund of £54.75, but only £45 has actually been returned so far.

Follow up emails going unanswered.

At this point, it feels disorganised and poorly handled. I’m still waiting for the remaining refund to be resolved.

Love my collection of country rings from Vagabong - good quality & efficient shipping.

I bought 40 discs as a present to myself over a little year ago and all the discs have changed colors, are rusty and look all damaged. I haven't taken the keying to the beach or anything. Very poor quality, contacted customer service and they didn't want to give a me a refund. Waste of £100! Will never buy from them again
