Had occasion to Contact Vado to order a replacement handset for my shower which I was quite happy to pay for. The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the products they market. Furthermore I am covered by a 15 year warranty so there would be nothing to pay. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vado again and would recommend to friends.

I recently had a washbasin tap develop a leak through the cold valve and it was dripping on to the base of the tap. I got in touch with Vado and was dealing with Ross in Product Support. He was very helpful in arranging for replacement tap valves and handles to be sent out for my tap which is over seven years old. I've since fitted the replacement parts and the tap now works perfectly without any leaks. Great customer service. Thank you.

My shower head was leaking out of the side when showering. I sent a video to Ross in Customer Support. He agreed that this was not how the product should be performing.
He was brilliant and arranged a replacement which arrived within 3 days.
Very, very happy with the service from Ross. No quibbles, the product was not performing as Vado expected and replaced.

The warranty support service provided by Adam at Vado this week was outstanding. I phoned Vado seeking advice / part numbering for replacement tap cartridges. Adam was quickly able to confirm part numbers, that I had registered for the warranty previously, and 'within warranty' status of my taps: Net result, new cartridges supplied and at my home within three days! Super service, and an excellent example of first-class customer focus.

I am an ordinary consumer who chose Vado bath mixer taps via researching on line. Upon installation we encountered a usability issue with the diverter. Vado were exceptionally helpful and gave the most extraordinary service to resolve the issue. I truly did not expect this type of bespoke service for a main-stream product where typically you would expect a company to say the product is working according to its specification and there is nothing else that can be done. Instead, Vado went into problem solving mode and came up with an elegant solution. I highly recommend this company for its service and the quality of its product.

Do not buy anything from Vado. We bought a new shower a few years ago and within a year it broke down. As it was under warranty we finally, after much argument, got replacement parts. Shortly after that the replacement control panel packed up and as this was covered under original warranty they wouldn’t do anything about it! We have now had to completely replace everything with a different make and pay for installation - £1000! Expensive mistake buying from Vado in the first place.

I feel compelled to write a review for this company. Not only are the taps of great quality but the customer service is second to none. The taps are a great design and exceptionally made. I bought my taps over 10 years ago with an unlimited warranty at the time the taps were very expensive and were a great design. However recently I encountered a problem with the valve where it started leaking which is not bad after 10 years, I contacted the company and spoke to Adam at customer services I sent them a copy of my invoice and they were kind enough to send out replacement valves the next day. So therefore I cannot help but sing the company's praises. Even after so many years they still look after their customers I will always urge people not only to look at the price but also purchase quality products from the quality company such as Vado. They did not hesitate in sending out the replacement valves. The Rolls-Royce of taps and service. Thank you Adam and Wouter ☺️

Lucy in engineer support has been absolutely fantastic. I have had a problem with a digital shower and she has been patient and understanding and so very helpful. Her telephone manner is simply lovely and she has arranged two engineer visits without any delay at all, I can’t praise her enough. Customer service calls can sometimes be frustrating and stressful but Lucy has made the whole experience smooth, calm and stress free.
