Problems
Booked end of tenancy cleaning with them. First impression was good, but quickly discovered several issues. Cleaners had left cigaret ends on balcony, left one kitchen cupboard completely uncleaned, they threw a bin, which was part of the inventory, without consulting me first, left an uncleaned fridge shelf on top of a cupboard. After complaining and a lot of emailing back and forth they offered to send cleaners again, but it was too late. I ended up cleaning the rest myself and still paying the full amount of £90, which I find unprofessional and expensive.

On occasions cupboards in kitchens get missed and one was missed which we offered within the hour to return and sort.
You live in an apartment where balconies are overlooked so the cigarette ends we presume must have come from above as none of our cleaners smoke.
As explained to you, our cleaners found a spare shelf from your fridge on top of your kitchen units. (Photos taken before and after) As it was surplus to your fridge it was cleaned thoroughly and replaced back on top of your units (whilst cleaning on top of your kitchen units, most companies wouldn't dream of cleaning up there)
After 7 years completing end of tenancy apartment cleans we pride ourselves in getting things right. Within an hour of you complaining about the kitchen cupboard we had staff on route to you but you refused access. I'm sorry you were not satisfied on this occasion but I'm confident my company went above and beyond to accomplish customer satisfaction
