They don't respond to customer service…

They don't respond to customer service calls. Even when they do, it takes half an hour, the staff are very unhelpful and seem to be annoyed constantly. For our stay, they forced us to check out without telling us, and then they said they would reimburse the amount we paid out of pocket, but the email never came. Borderline fraud.

Effective and Efficient

The agent was friendly, professional, attentive to my needs, and made all reasonable efforts to answer my questions and fulfill my requests. I am completely satisfied.

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. Don't waste your time or money all you'll be is disappointed. We were suppose to have 5 nights in Daytona beach. We drove 8 hours to find out we had 1 night reservation. after being on the phone on and off at least 20 times, being put on hold 4 times waiting each time over 30 minutes. Being assured they would get it straightened out. Had to check out the next day at 10. Called at least 15 times, no answer, no call back, nothing. Needless to say nothing was ever done. they dont have supervisors, no escalation department. They'll tell you can call back and talk to someone else.
WORST COMPANY EVER
PLEASE DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN ALL THEY SAY BECAUSE THEY WON'T BACK IT UP.
THEY'LL DEFINATELY TAKE YOUR MONEY.....

Although Ruban was wonderful

Although Ruban was wonderful, the wait time is extremely long. There should be some form of communication saying that after 10 mins you will be disconnected. Also, have the option to schedule a call back.

Angeline was great!!

Angeline was very helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions (and I asked alot of questions lol) She was more than happy to look up multiple locations and dates for me until I found one that was a good fit. I'm looking forward to going on my trip!

Miss communication is scheduling time…

Miss communication is scheduling time for appointment. I arrived and no one was there. They came soon afterword to their surprise I was there. They were most supportive to get the presentation started as soon as possible
