Horrible Interface & Customer Service

The back-end interface is very difficult to navigate, especially looking at applicants for a posted job. Also, there isn't a way to cancel the free trial on the website and has been no response from customer service.

UPDATE (2 days later): After a 2nd message they finally responded "It has been cancelled." No confirmation was provided, so I'll see if it actually was. They also flagged my review for "containing defamatory content" presumably because they don't want a one star review.
