Broadband providers should have Integrity, competence, good customer care, fairness, and honesty. One hundred and twenty plus reviewers agree that these characteristics are paramount yet the company without these remains trading. They seem to provide a selective service, picking out unfortunate customers to get them to leave through bad service as they probably maximise their profits by not providing anything, and just watching the penalty cash flow in. Don't be one of those.
In case I get the usual, "Can't find the account" my A/C number is CS54145. DON'T TOUCH THESE "PEOPLE " WITH A BARGE POLE.
People should be aware that the good reviews are prevalent in the first couple of pages. KEEP SCROLLING. (Date of experience is nominal as mine covers virtually the whole time I was with them. Additionally , a month after I had escaped their clutches, on the 6th of Feb, I received a further bill of 40 pounds 88 despite having service from Sky( Which is excellent, with no issues) since the 8th of January, plus a promise that I would not be charged for December. These people try anything to rip you off.

Was having problems with the internet until Sarmistha (Sammy) handled my case. She asked pertinent questions regarding the problem and after a short time got me back onto the internet. Unfortunately after a couple of days it went down again but once again she got me up an running, this time permanently. Her customer service was excellent phoned back when she said she would very reassuring. Great ambassador for your company.

two issues to deal with and technophobic!
We had no landline and also needed to upgrade our router. The service was first class. Talked us through each stage with patience and clear instruction. Made for a relaxing experience instead of something we were dreading. Cannot praise Sammy enough she was a real star. Made my day!

I've been very happy with my V4 experience so far. Of course the connection isn't always smooth, but the provider is making continuous efforts to improve our connection, and issues can always be resolved quickly on the phone. Our account manager Charlotte is amazing, she is super attentive and I never have to wait long for a callback. I truly feel like a valued customer with her!
Excellent Service from Malik at V4
Right from the very first phone call the service I received from Malik has been beyond exceptional. It wasn’t a straightforward connection because I’m in the process of moving house so I needed broadband in my present house and for to be switched to my new address when I move.
Malik has provided what I feel is a personal service. He has contacted me to update me on the progress every step of the way. His explanations have been clear and easy to understand. He’s incredibly polite and as a result of the outstanding service I have received from Malik, I would recommend V4 to anyone.
Not only that but when I was with Sky and before that,Now TV broadband, I lost the connection up to 20 time a day and since switching to V4, I haven’t lost the connection once.
