Great assistance when needed
You can only judge a service when something goes wrong. In my case the first modem was faulty and I had to return to get assistance with voice mail
, concealing our number & overseas calls. However the good news is that each item was corrected in a very pleasant and efficient manner and I strongly recommend V4 as an alternative to BT who behaved very badly throughout the changeover.

It has taken since 18th January until today 13th March for my landline and WiFi to be working together. Your representative has strived endlessly on my behalf to get this rectified. It has caused myself endless stress in this matter

I was struggling with communication…
I was struggling with communication with staff following my broadband loosing service due to a fault with the open reach line. After a week of no service and frustration I got senior staff member Arpa Bhattacharya from the first conversation he calmed me down. and assured me I would only deal with him till my problem solved within 24 hours he had sorted a solution and chased the issue which was then corrected i was even given a follow up call to ensure broadband was still working after a few days of being fixed. He is a very attentive professional member of v4 consumer.
A very satisfied customer
Malik has been extremely helpful and professional throughout my dealings with V4. He organised the transfer of broadband and 2 mobile contracts very efficiently, saving me £40 a month in the process. I cannot speak highly enough of Malik. At every stage he delivered exactly what he promised.

AVOiD AT ALL COSTS NASTY AGGRESSIVE PEOPLE
Yer great ISH when your with them if you like the constant calls emails voicemails. Currently leaving mid "contact" which ends October want another months payment then can't work out what my end bill will be plus adding vat and you have to fork out own payment for return of their box they refuse to supply a retuns bag !!!! Very nasty people when you leave even got to the point where I am going to contact ofcom as they shouted I'm threating them with ofcom they basically try grab as much as they can out of you before you go so incompetent they can't even work out a final bill
