I really appreciate the service of V-Matrix, they are very professional. In particular, Alex(the property manager) was very welcoming and professional and provided the most prompt service when we needed such as electrical repairs, and also often took a interest in the tenants like a friend, often asking how we felt about our stay. All in all, I highly recommend V-matrix and was very impressed with their excellent service.

I rented my flat from V-Matrix for 3 years (2019-2022) and had a really positive experience from start to finish.

When I moved in 3 years ago the flat was handed over in top condition: clean and fresh, with nice furniture and all the essentials.

During my time living there, Alex (the property manager) was always available to help with questions or problems, and if I required a plumber or handyman he would arrange it as soon as possible.

When I moved out, things were very smooth (good communication, minimal hassle in terms of viewings).

Overall, with three years experience, I would say this company - and Alex especially - are the most attentive, helpful agency I’ve ever dealt with, and I’d personally be happy recommending them to a friend.

You can count on them when it comes to handling lettings and finding tenants.
