Service delivered did not match the service contracted
We contracted a higher-end 3-day / 2-night tour with Uyuni Tours Bolivia (USD 220 per person), based on written confirmation via WhatsApp, including premium vehicles, private rooms with private bathrooms, and a differentiated service.
Without prior notice, we were integrated into a mixed group with passengers from other agencies. The guide/driver was not from Uyuni Tours Bolivia, the vehicle did not correspond to the advertised premium models, and accommodation and meals were of a basic/budget level.
Other passengers under identical conditions paid approximately €100 less per person.
The return transfer to the bus station, included in the proposal, was not provided. A written complaint was sent after the tour; no response was received.
