Jacuzzi

I have ordered a jacuzzi and it was written by it it will be delivered the next day. But one week passed, second started and the order wasn't home yet. So, my husband called to the client center and I have to say the man on the phone was super friendly. He promised delivery the next day. But there didn't come anything. The situation has repeated. Today, after 16 days we got our order.
So, I can recommend this shop, the delivery came, but, I would much more appreciate if they'd be honest and say honestly that from some reason they can't keep their promise of delivery the next working day.
