The wallpaper arrived within the specified time frame, before the day it was due to be delivered and came with clear instructions. And, it also looks great on the wall - so much so that I had a problem putting the TV back onto that wall because it obscures part of it!

First of all there is no customer…
First of all there is no customer service number. Second I ordered a mural 120" tall and they sent the nural 114" tall. Im assuming they dont go that high. But they could have called me to tell me, instead of making me a mural at the wrong height. I also dont have time to send back and the installer will charge me for the day to install.

The mural I ordered is beautiful but…
The mural I ordered is beautiful but the paper is very thin . I ordered the premium vinyl . The company told me that their premium vinyl cannot be cleaned with a wet cloth so I am assuming the reason is that they do not use a colorfast ink. I am still going to hang it in my granddaughters room and hope for the best .

Purple hexagon wallpaper
Ordered the purple hexagon paper for my son's room. The colour was nowhere near as bright as the photos on the website suggest which was disappointing but we were still decided to hang it as we wanted his room finished. Unfortunately the print is such poor quality that it has marked very easily and started rubbing off with even a gentle wipe down with a damp cloth after is has been put on the wall so cant even return the item. Such a shame as it looked so good on the website.

Absolutely beautiful wall paper
Absolutely beautiful wall paper. Was easy to put up and looks stunning.
When sizing online, one of the options is to select "mirrored" which shows the picture to be the other way round, ie trunk is starting from the right side of the wall you are pasting it to, we selected this as we thought this would look better, but when received the trunk was on the left as in the original picture design. Hence reason for 3 stars, other than that it is beautiful. I don't see a way of contacting the supplier to let them know about this either.
Edit 30.5.25: Uwalls contacted me after seeing my review and offered to replace the wallpaper, we told them that we had already put the paper up and they offered us a gesture refund, which we greatly accepted. The after sales service is second to none, how refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you UWalls, would highly recommend them.
