Hat arrived promptly and well packaged to protect it. Yes £13 postage is expensive but top service lots of tracking communication from DHL so I guess that is what you are paying for plus fact it came to UK from Netherlands.Item is high quality too. Would purchase from this company again.

Grey colour more practical than previous white one

I have been asked to pay an extra £63 delivery to DHL and I have already paid a shipping charge to the company and so I am not sure if this is a scam or not. I have written to the company but have not received a response yet. The company should have advised me of this extra charge when I purchased the items. Also they did not deliver within the stated delivery time of 4 to 5 days.

The delivery time was as stated so cannot fault nor can I fault the quality of the product. However although the website is a UK site, the actual products are shipped from Holland. So it was only a day before the delivery that I was advised by DPD that I have to pay an £80 import tax on the goods before they were delivered. This then obviously added a considerable sum to the 2 shorts and tops I ordered. If I had known from the outset I would have ordered from Amazon.

UV Suncap and UV gloves delivered only a day later than the date I was given on ordering, which was a week earlier than the delivery date subsequently given me by the carrier, DHL. Cap only just adjusted to the circumference of my small adult head, but otherwise,no problems and I look forward to many years of protection.

Awful when we ordered there was no information stating that we would have to pay duty tax ! Only in FAQ this should be clearly stated when paying for goods which it wasn’t , making said items a lot more expensive then first thought would never have ordered them if had know ! Very unhelpful and rude customer services also , not empathetic to people who have had skin cancer and just like most businesses just want your cash as that is all that matters to them , don’t order from them use a UK based company instead save yourself the grief and money.

i was seeking a reliable hat for snorkelling and just wearing as I wonder around on an up and coming holiday. After a search around, I came across UV-Fashions which had just what I wanted. The hat arrived promptly and fits well. It is also excellent under my bike helmet. A site that focuses on fashionable clothing and UV protection concerns gets my vote. Thanks

I ordered long sleeved shirt recieved short, what good is a short sleeved shirt when you have skin cancer.to expensive to return and pay for an other delivery, so just abandoned whole thing.
