Yesterday I added $100 to get some charms for a good price. Although the orders took awhile to fulfill, 10 out of the 12 orders I placed eventually went through which I was pleased with especially for the price. The problem comes from today, I tried to spend some of my remaining funds and the site seems to be in an unscheduled maintenance. There was no notification of this maintenance, nor does it say how long I will be unable to spend my funds. I'm sorry but this is just unacceptable for a marketplace. Sure the prices are good but I cannot recommend until they improve the site and have the basic decency inform customers when the services will be unavailable.

Changed review to 3 Stars because they managed to fix my issue the same day and the backend does work solid most of the time, out of my 60 or so orders, the vast majority were fulfilled.

Scam they ask my for „verification’ i did all good then they send thats not good and they send me less money than i spent

I used it for cheap items and it was pretty good but the second I deposited 550 dollars to buy AWP Oni Taji it is some nightmare, since 3 days all sellers cancel my order after 10-12 hours which is very annoying because I had to top up my wallet to buy more expensive listings and on other websites I could have the AWP instantly for that price, even though o topped up my wallet for third time to buy more expensive one it still got cancelled after 10 hours. The items are still listed and support is not able to help me. I would recommend not buying anything above 10 dollars because of that.

Quick an easy transaction, bought 11 skins before going to bed and had them all by the time I woke up. Only “complaint” is the cart size is only 10 so I didn’t have a true “total” on the last item as I was trying to build out a blue themed inventory. 10/10

It was nice and fast contacted support and they answered within 20 minutes.

First I was thinking this is scam site. But as a trader with over 4000+ trades tried it. It's safe and reliable site. First tried small deposits, and it went great, but after bigger deposits like few hundred $ it asked KYC verification, which is completely okay because of credit card scams etc... . Support is fast too. Skins are delivered pretty fast sometimes within minutes, sometimes it can be few hours. In worst case supplier cancels the trade, but you get your money back and can buy other skins!

I’ve now tried six times to purchase this skin. Each time, the item wasn’t delivered and was instead delisted, which forced me to top up additional funds repeatedly. On my seventh attempt, I received only a “System Maintain” error with no further explanation.

All of the skins I tried to buy had the exact same sticker craft. After attempting to purchase every available listing with that craft and receiving none, there are now no skins with that craft left on the market.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and I’m now left with a non-refundable balance and no item delivered.

So I made a large deposit, hoping that this site was not a scam. How wrong I was. This site requested KYC verification of documents, which is normal. However, I was blocked, after which I wrote to technical support and received an incredibly ridiculous response: ‘your Steam account does not meet the transaction requirements’. Your rules do not mention any minimum requirements for an account — I did not violate anything. I was blocked without explanation, and my money was never refunded. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Made deposit after that got banned for no reason, after that they claim to 'refund' money (still no money yet), I didnt ask for it. I highly do not recommend this company.

Great site with great prices. Giving 4 stars because need some additional features to be added like creating bulk orders and auto accepting trades on steam. Then it will be 5 stars site.

Literally the best support of all time. I was confused about 2 things so i wrote to support. Not only support contacted the seller to hurry up and deliver my skin, but also was super nice. 10/10
