What was pictured on the internet as a 3-D angels wings with a shih tzu inside and personalized ended being a flat piece metal with a painted or sticker on it, screw you I'll never order for you again, give me my $25 back

Ordered ornaments on December 4th that I did not receive until December 31st - although all shipping updates said would be here before Christmas. Thought they were going to be beautiful 3-dimensional ornaments. They are not, they are just flat pieces of metal - real waste of money!!!

Ordered an ornament and it is not at all what is pictured. Totally deceiving. It's a flat piece of metal with a picture on it. Ordered two different ones and they sent 2 of the same. Never responded to emails and it took 5 weeks. Total waste of my hard earned money. And those angel pet ornaments are totally preying on people who are grieving their pets. A sham!

Ordered on December 7th...took my money and as of today 12/21/22 NOTHING!!!! No phone to call them STAY AWAY!!!!

Never got a shipped e-mail until asked for. 5 weeks for delivery. Pictures are extremely deceitful in making these look 3D. Actual not even close. Wondering how long it will be before picture begins peeling off the metal. I strongly advise against buying pet ornaments from this company. Shame on the company for the deceit and shame on me for trusting- I know better. Done with ordering from "these companies".

no not order. you have been warned! they take your money. your credit card statement has an ' and not uultc. now they mysteriously do not have anything associated with name, email, address ect...

I ordered a keychain on 9/20/2022. Have not heard back from anyone on this. 25.98 has cleared from my checking account but no product has been received.

Worst experience ever ordering online. Always been skeptical but this has definitely changed my outlook on ever ordering on line again ever! 37 days with expedited shipping since I ordered and still do not have my order!!!!! Definitely bad business. Save yourself and stay away from ordering here!!!!
