Would definitely recommend!

As the Finance Officer of a primary school I have dealt with Melissa, Sam and Johnny on electricity and gas contract renewals. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Nothings too much trouble and they don't bamboozle you with technical jargon. They even helped me billing issues with EON when our existing broker and the supplier themselves failed to do so. Overall the experience was smooth and easy and they were able to secure us better prices. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent renewal rates & service

Very disapointed not recommended

I trusted the utility alliance to manage and organise my bills in over 40 propertys. The main reason was they said they had a great deal with only a 30 day rolling contract. Paperwork came through after me giving them consent to act upon my behalf and ive been put on five year contracts with a unknown supplier and its unfortunately worse situation than before they started. Not recommended.

The Power if Social Media

I’m pleased that those who have helped me along on my little journey will see this.

I’ve not gone ‘excellent’ because I did have to chase a little but Thank you to those involved in dealing with my complaint regarding my gas bill. Once I got through to the right person it was plain sailing, after a little while trying, and everyone has been very helpful.

After reading reviews I started to panic that I’d made a massive mistake signing up with UA as I was finding it difficult to get anyone who would help me.

I wrote a poor review on here which, came to the attention of the PR Manager, and 3 weeks later hey presto an amicable solution.

My business isn’t mega bucks but I’ll be very happy to use them again.

We have successfully used Utility…

We have successfully used Utility Alliance for gas and electricity contracts before so it was natural to turn to them when gas and electricity meters were required for our new premises. However, various legacy issues from the start of the project turned this process into a real headache but Sam was so helpful and supportive throughout and arranged the supply contracts quickly and with minimum fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Utility Alliance.

Brilliant services

In truth we had an awful experience trying to obtain gas and electricity for our business prior to the phone call I received from Utility Alliance. We had been messed about by a broker and were told we were already in a contract when we were a brand new company starting afresh in a brand new building.
I received a phone call from Jordan, and to be honest I prejudged him as in my opinion I was going to be messed about as I had been previously. I couldn't have been more wrong.
Our case has not been easy and Jordan has been brilliant throughout. He has constantly kept us updated, he has done all the work for us, he has made sure we have an excellent contract in place for our business and also assured us that he is onhand should we require him, going forwards.
Highly recommend Utility Alliance.

Phenomenal work!!! Really can’t get my head around the…

Really can’t get my head around the saving one my gym unit. 6500sq ft and saved around 70% on my utility bills. Asif has been a superb ambassador for a company striving for better within my business. The guys effort has been second to none. Phenomenal assistance within the change over process and was available at anytime of the day for me. Really down to earth guy, striving for the beat deal for me. Cannot recommend him and utility alliance enough. Massive savings made through COVID which have relieved pressure for my business. Get on it. 100% guaranteed to beat your current deal

Please do not use this company

. Very friendly at first promise to save you money and time. I am now in a contract with a tariff double what i was originally paying. I was never informed of the tariff and now will be paying £12000.00 a year more. The complains department have now contacted me and are looking into the this for me.

Liars, incompetent, waste of time

Terrible experience
I own a cafe and a gentleman from Utility Alliance came to offer his help. I wasn't keen initially but let him convince me him and his company could be trusted. He came several times to take pictures of the meter and discuss T&Cs. They found some satisfactory rates and we agreed to go ahead.
Then when the time to sign contracts arrived, it all fell through (my business was brand new and I hadn't yet submitted accounts so my credit score was very low - they knew my circumstances but never warned me this would happen). It was Christmas time by then, the gentlemen PROMISED me he would sort it out and help me. I have NEVER heard back from him since. And I am stuck in a terrible deal as a result.
As far as I am concerned, Utility Alliance are liars, incompetent and a waste of my time.

Very happy with our Portfolio management

We had a fairly reasonable size portfolio across a variety of properties and areas around the country. The supplies were with a number of differing companies with contract end dates anywhere between now and up to 2 years away.

Having been approached by Yvette Tanser in the first instance, and then along with Georgia Williams, they collated our portfolio in order to make it more appealing to suppliers. Thus they negotiated on our behalf taking into account our specific requirements in terms of how we required it to be managed, with suppliers to end up with one contract end date. They also managed the termination process with all the suppliers once we had chosen who would be our supplier going forward.

We know a lot of work had to be undertaken by Yvette & Georgia in sorting this all out on our behalf and are very happy with the outcome having achieved good rates but just as important for us a supplier who was able to deal with our portfolio how we required it to be set up I.e billing, MI etc.

As our portfolio grows we look forward to continuing to work with them both.
