We have received multiple unsolicited marketing emails from Uthara Print over an extended period, including duplicate sends.

The emails did not include a proper unsubscribe link. Instead, they relied on a “reply to unsubscribe” instruction, which is ineffective and did not stop further emails. We explicitly requested removal of our email address and objected to further marketing, yet emails continued, from different emails within their network.

Initially the emails were sent via a third-party campaign platform, and more recently from a direct sales@ charles.smith@ and other named address, the same marketing database is still being used despite opt-out requests.

We have never worked with this company and asked for our details to be removed, via email and via live chat both are ignored.

Based on our experience, marketing practices appear poorly controlled and opt-out requests are not being respected. We have reported the matter to ICO.

They send spam marketing emails to people like me that have never used them. Google suggests they have been doing this for years.

Nasty spammy company using multiple email domains to repeatedly send out emails touting for business. No effective way to opt out so totally in breach of GDPR. I wouldn't trust this horrible outfit as their methods demonstrate them to be shoddy operators.

I've received several spam emails from this company - all from different domains, but always with Uthara Print's phone number at the bottom. Classic spammer tactics, changing domain regularly to keep ahead of the spam filters.

The address they sent the spam to, info@ a domain I own, has never been used, never been opted in to anything and never been published anywhere. It has never belonged to a company.
This kind of spam is ILLEGAL in the UK.

Prolific spammers. Their latest being from info at uniqueprintuk.co.uk. The Email sender IP resolves to a Morocco [MA] based company Maroc Telecom, who most probably don't need to comply with EU anti-spam laws.
Even worse they KNOW they are doing this as typed in the bottom of their emails is "Mail Delivered by- mailchimp.com" which is a complete lie.
Never do business with liars. They don't care, and this lot have no ethics what so ever.

I wanted to rewrite this review for Uthara print. I initially ordered some A3 prints on 500gsm carboard however when I received the prints the cardboard was a "display card" and was much thicker than the 500gsm card I had requested. There was no flexibility to this card due to its excessive thickness and thus it was not useable for my project which required 500gsm card. I did request if i could please send them one of the sheets of 500gsm card I have which is the perfect thickness so that they can check their stock and let me know what they have for me in the same thickness, However they were unfortunately not very open to this suggestion which was somwhat dissapointing. They also intially insisted that the card they provided was 500gsm and only after I went to 2 other local print shops who both confirmed that it was definitley not 500gsm card did they admit that what they provided was not 500gsm and was considerably thicker. Their reasoning was that they were trying to surpass my expectations and provide me with a thicker, more durable card than the one I had requested. However the project I am working on requires a specific flex to the card and thus the thicker card would not suffice. After some amount of back and forth they eventually did reprints which I recently received. These are now much better and the print quality is great. This time the card is slightly thinner than what I have (and why I would have loved to have been able to send them a sheet of my card for them to compare to) however it is much closer to what I know to be 500gsm card and the card I have at home. I have not yet had the time yet to see if this card will be the correct thickness for my project as it involves building it into a 3d model (and thus the necessity for the correct thickness and flex) but it shouldn't be far off. I may even consider using them again if they can reproduce me a decent product without all the hassle I had the first time around.

The speed at which my order was executed from first contact with the Company (Thanks Peter you have been superb) to my order being delivered. But not only the delivery timing but also the quality of the product.
First time we have used the Company but certainly wont be the last.
The other thing that impressed me was the speed at which my emails were replied to so no hanging about waiting for a response, reply received almost by return. Please use Uthara with confidence

AMAZING, services were great as well as the final product... I would highly recommend. At first I was skeptical because of the spam emails and the 1 star reviews from last year, however overall customer service was great, the whole process was great and I am really happy with the final result. Company has definitely done it's justice against these 1 star reviews.

since my first batch of cards was sent to wrong address
Second batch had wrong details on card

After I posted my initial review, the company has come back to me apologising and offering to make changes and send me a fresh batch of cards. I’m optimistic things are on a better footing now.

Confirmed my order in an incorrect format, when I tried to address this, on more than 5 occasions I was ignored.
I then recieved plenty of emails asking for reviews.
Wouldn't purchase again due to lack of comunicaition or accountability to replace with a correct leaflet.

Ordered 1000 business cards from Uthara Print. I was asked to verily my order after sending them an exact copy of my business card.
They managed to only put 9 numbers down for my mobile and printed !!!
When I reported the fact to Peter Ruffus and pointed out 9 numbers instead of the standard 11 he wouldn’t compromise and offered to reprint at a more expensive price than I’d paid previously. Absolute horror show with this company and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Unprofessional, poor customer care, you have been warned!!!
