They are a SCAM!!!

They are a scam. All they do is take your money. Don’t use them. Just order a birth certificate from your state’s own vital records department.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. They charged me $306. I kept getting emails that say "Action Required," and after I performed the "action required," they kept sending the emails and never sent me my documents. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE!

Total scam

Total scam. They charge you 5x times what the official Vital Chek site does, then just send your information to Vital Check to complete your order.
They misrepresent themselves, even having a .org website, which is meant for non-profits.

They say they “help verify your information to avoid mistakes” but if there is a mistake that results in needing to start over, they won’t issue a refund.

They’re hucksters who contribute nothing to society. Avoid them.

SCAM

This is a complete scam and does not even deserve one star but zero doesn't seem to be an option. This company makes their website look just like the actual website that provides record retrieval services (VitalChek), charges you $130 per record, and then sends you to VitalChek which collects its fee separately. No service is provided by USVitalRecords. The dot org address is intended to confuse users who are searching for a legitimate service. Disgusting behavior by this company.

Horrible company

Horrible company, wish I could leave 0 stars. All they do is take your money. They never reach out to confirm your orders and when you try and get a refund they say " Oh we dont do that." Bunch of POS, hope their company gets shut down.

Complete scam

Complete scam. This company puts US in their name, Usvitalrecords.org to make you think you are on a government site. They take personal information from you and it is not encrypted and steal it. They charge unimaginable and illegal charges from you and double charge you for it. I applied for a birth certificate and found out it was $165 plus the state wants more money from you because they don’t receive any of the money you paid. Experian, a great company, ran a dark web scan and my personal info is on there. I put out a fraud alert and froze my credit. Don’t use this company. Run away as fast as you can.

USVitalRecords Fraud

Still waiting for a copy of my report. I paid for overnight delivery over a week ago and it's still not here. In my opinion, a useless and fraudulent business. Tried to cancel my account using their phone number (303-455-8855) and all I got was a recording that said to use their email address. If they have one, it's hidden. I entered the address and got several different sites, none of which looked like USVital Records. Once you're hooked, they've got you and there doesn't appear to be any way to get off. The only solution I know of is to get ahold of my bank and terminate payments altogether. Be advised accordingly

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. These are horrible people who named their company as close to Vitalchek as they legally could then paid Google to put them on the top page so people are tricked into paying 4 times what they should. If you try and cancel the order the next day they state that they already completed their part of the transaction (just filling out paperwork you can get at your local office) and will not issue a refund. DO NOT USE.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! U.S. Vital Documents LLC / VisaSyst - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Rating: 1-star (If I could give zero, I would!)
This company, operating under names like VisaSyst and parented by U.S. Vital Documents LLC, is an absolute disgrace and, in my opinion, an outright scam. They engage in deceptive practices designed to trick unsuspecting individuals into paying exorbitant fees for services that are either freely available or completely unrendered.
I was charged $148 USD for a "visa service" through their VisaSyst site, which deceptively mimics an official government portal. My Bank has also advised me that they have kept my Credit card details so I have had to cancel my credit card. The legitimate service should cost a mere $7 CAD. The moment I realized I was not on a government site and had been defrauded, I cancelled the transaction LITERALLY SECONDS after payment.
Despite my immediate cancellation, they outright STOLE $42 USD from me, claiming it was for "service rendered." This is a blatant lie and pure theft. NO SERVICE WAS RENDERED. My cancellation was instantaneous; there was no time for any "personalized guidance," "document review," or "application assistance" to take place.
To make matters worse, despite their hollow corporate responses and vague promises, This company holds onto your money with no intention of returning it.
I have contacted the relevant Canadian authorities, and they confirmed that NO VISA APPLICATION WAS EVER MADE ON MY BEHALF. This is irrefutable proof that VisaSyst (and by extension, U.S. Vital Documents LLC) took my money under false pretenses and provided absolutely nothing in return.
I have requested evidence of any service provided, and predictably, nothing has been forthcoming. This company preys on people's trust and urgency.
DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS! Save your money, your time, and your peace of mind. Go directly to official government websites. U.S. Vital Documents LLC and their associated brands like VisaSyst are operating a fraudulent scheme. Report them, warn others, and stay far away!
9.7s
After placing a negitive review on trust pilot under VisaSyst they reply with "we are sorry you had a bad exprience ETC. Garbage !!! they are criminals Also I have contacted them again and again on the email giving because they are so concerned of my poor experience and NO reply Nothing !!!! no contact at all

Refused to cancel my order when it hadn't been sent to the state vital check. Was charged an additional 43.00 fee by the state on top of the 165.00 that they already charged. They are a rip off do not use them

BUYER BEWARE

This website is not a legitimate government website. People who attempt to get a new birth certificate, etc., using this website get scammed. After I realized that I was scammed, I called up my credit card company, listed their charge as fraudulent, and had a new credit card issued. The website is designed to look like an organization that is affiliated with the government, but it is not. It is a scam. BUYER BEWARE!

This is a scam site

This is a scam site. If a person requests a copy of their own Birth Certificate from the county vital records - it costs a whopping $ 10 - and take app 100 days to receive.
I was fooled into paying $260 through this site.
Still have not received a record - impossible to get an individual on the phone.
Pretty much would be the same experience if you just call the county clerk wherever you need a record from.
Avoid the ridiculous fee, the added cost does absolutely NOTHING but rob you. Total scam. Wish I had done more research before foolishly dropping almost $ 300 to get a copy of my birth certificate.
