I have order slippers going on 9 months now and still have not received a refund or my package till this date. I kept receiving the same messages as to give it more time. I feel as if I was robbed of my money. No refund..no package..very disappointing..

Absolutely disgusting!!! I ordered in September’20. After contacting them numerous times,I still hadn’t received it by December. I then received an email to say it was ‘on its way’ on December 12th. It’s now January 23rd & STILL haven’t received it😡😡DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 2 rings but in July 2020. I have never received the rings and when I emailed them for a refund they said it would be here in 2 weeks. It still has not come. My tracking number doesn't even pull up anything.

It's been 5 months since I ordered my purse. Still havent got it!!! They kept telling me 1 week for months then it went to 3 days & now they wont even answer my emails about giving my money bk. They charged me twice in the beginning which I have the proof. They said they only charged me once which was another lie. I cant get a hold of anyone to solve this matter. 0 stars for me!!!!

At 1st they was responding telling me it will be here next week, please wait 2 more weeks its coming, they stop responding to me and I never received my order. This company is a scam

I ordered back in May. Gave them time due to Covid. Then asked for tracking number and they would never provide it. I have been emailing them for months & I get the same response. Be patient, wait. They won't refund my money & over 6 mo now I have waited.
They pick & choose who to send products to.

I have ordered a crossbody bag in August 2020 and I have never received it. I get the same answer everytime I write that is is being shipped. Please wait. I have asked for a refund and never got one. This company is a sham. They take your money and do not send what you have purchased. Enough is enough. I want my money back. Do not order from them. They just keep you hanging with its coming soon and never arrived.

Shocking company I ordered back in July still no parcel. I was given a tracking number that doesn't work and just says no parcel lodged. I just keep being told my parcel will be there in one week. Stay away from them.

Ustreetstyle sucks !!!!! They are thieves !!!! I ordered a comforter set on July 31 , 2020 and I haven’t received nothing . I think we should all get together and take this to a news station. That way everyone will know what these people are doing to the consumers. Let’s get organized and do this so everyone will know !!!!!!

Been 6 months now no parcel no refund no help from PayPal. Now they are ignoring my emails. How can I get a refund? Don't use this company

I placed an order in August and have waited 5 months. I have emailed weekly and they keep claiming “its on the way”. They refuse to provide tracking Information or a refund. This is a scam company. I gave reported them in multiple formats. Still waiting on my money.

This company is a scam, i ordered a comforter back in august and still have not received it, all i keep getting from customer service is it will be here soon. i am contacting my bank to contest the charge on my credit card. what a shame that a company can't follow through with what a consumer pays for.

I have ordered from them before and received items on time and as promised.
So l didn't think it would be a problem. I ordered 2 handbags on August 20th and As of November 20th I haven't received merchandise.
Tracking is non existent.... Customer Service keep sending standard email about kindly please wait up and until these last two emails that have not been responded to. They even had the nerve to send product review surveys for me to rate. I will never puchase from them again. At this point I need to contact my bank about recovery of funds.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Have not received order from July. Emailed several times, told it's coming. Have escalated this with PayPal. Not sure how theyvarecallowed to continue with thecamount of people complaining about them. Be very careful and think hard before purchasing from them
