I ordered a pair of jeans for my niece for christmas they are far too big, I have tried to find out how to return them but there is nothing about returning goods. I have tried emailing but the email address is no longer in use! This company is a scam it makes me so cross, all the youngsters saving up to buy clothes and not receiving them or even being able to get a refund if they are incorrect or don't fit. Who owns this company? This needs to be looked into?

this website is a scam, do not order from here. I ordered Christmas presents from here and now the website stopped working or something. It didn’t work to go in on it to see where my package was.

I ordered and got an comfirmation and Whats written in these emails anode is exactly What happend to me. Im just a 13yo girl and i got scammed by a 140 dollars. I hate these kind of bad people.

Got an order confirmation. A week later I sent an email to support to check where the shipment was. The mail bounced back saying the address does not exist.

One day later I went to the URL: ustorya.com, to find out that the domain doesn’t exist.

Seems like fraud to me. Stay away.

Something is off with this website in general. They mysteriously changed their website’s url with the previous one can’t be reached. I emailed them through email saying that their address doesn’t exist and Facebook. They answered through facebook though giving me a new link to have access to their website. Seeing the other review I think that something is wrong.
