The customer service is good. People get worked up over sex like a drug. Calm down. My doll was 100 correct understand they are dolls not people.....so ya it has a small seam but it is quality I can tell this will last if I take care.of it and it is very fun to use!! The wigs are ok. My doll has a frame and.it is adjustable I am very glad I chose that option! The eyes were supposed to be green but they are brown. No big deal there. These dolls cost 5k plus just a few years ago now I have a full height super sexy Jessica rabbit curvy doll to play with. Yes there were a few errors and.it did take 3 days longer but big deal! It's the middle of a.pandemic and getting a package a few days late is normal it happens. The customer service people were in touch within a day or so Everytime we spoke. They even gave me a free warmer. I will be ordering more stuff!!

Hi, I've recently received my doll from this company I ordered it a week ago with 1-4 day shipping they didn't give me any track&trace nr. I even messaged them to ask for it and they only said. "Dear buyer
Please don’t worry, the tracking information update is delayed due to weekends
Please be patient, once we get the tracking number, we will feedback immediately, please don’t worry". I was lucky to be at home at the right time, without knowing it was going to come and it took a 7/8 days to arrive.

Now about what I received it was not even close to what I ordered they just send some fake doll with weird proportions and bad quality. I messaged them about it and did not receive any answer as of now. Will update when I know more but I would not recommend buying anything from them unless they fix this somehow..

One of there machines I ordered arrived eventually (expensive) and was not working, I have emailed twice now with no response. Never use this company as they sell faulty merchandise. They customer service via email is well ignore comes to mind, they take your money and ignore you. I absolute joke, what a rude and irresponsible company with ignorant customer server attitude. They now won't me to delet this negative review as they replaced the faulty machine, only after I had to send $12 to them first to cover the postage (they should have paid for this as I am the customer). I sent the postage payment ($12 USD) first and they sent a replacement. This is not acceptable. Horrendous company.

Ive received the tracking number and the doll is on its way to the uk takes longer then 1 to 4 days

1.The website swears by a 100% on time shipping policy 1-4 Days for DHL, that's false, not only was the package not on time it was delayed and shipped from a different location than specified.

2.The product that I ordered from the site, and the item that I received were completely different, it appears that they just sent me whatever they had that fit the description.

3.Very poor customer service/ lack of communication.

The website is basically a scam, their items are priced lower than anywhere else for a reason, I guess I got what I paid for, and I'm out $600 bucks. I hope this saves you some money.

UPDATE: They made attempts to contact me through my personal email rather than responding to my dispute on PayPal. Said they would do an "investigation" into what happened and how the item sent was wrong after I sent pictures to prove that the item displayed on their website and what I purchased was not the same. After a day of jerking me around they said it was concluded that what was received was correct and they offered to send me additional wigs and clothing for the incorrect doll. They attempted to tell me I just needed to decorate the doll with different wigs and clothing, but the doll physique is molded completely different, the skintone I chose isn't the same etc. it's basically a knock off of what was advertised on their website.

I'm looking now for somewhere to upload photos and an unboxing so people can see how they operate.

Again this is a scam website.

Hello, I Have ordered a doll today. I have not received it yet obviously. Anyway. I ordered one doll, and it took the money out of my account for 2. I don't know why this has happened. I I would like my money back for the second doll. I will Update this. when I have the money back and the doll. My Item Transaction Id is... Update. I have been refunded, half the money. And now waiting for the doll. The customer service was amazing, in my opinion. I will update, when doll arrives... Update. About half an hour after the previous update. I was contacted and told they are not allowed to send that size doll to my country. but they can send another type. they sent me pictures of the doll replacement, and it looked a lot like a child with breasts. I turned the offer down, and asked for my money back. Sure enough they refunded me the whole amount, and customer service was great. I will be shopping there again, in the future.

Amazing products and friendly customer service. People claiming that it is a scam site are either unforfunate or flatly lying. My purchase was awesome if a tiny bit late. PLEASE DO ORDER FROM THIS SITE. it is not a scam site. Just ask them about your package nicely and they will respond promptly.

My doll arrived with broken feet/ankles.. they look terrible and they cannot be moved into a differerent position like the other limbs... I have been emailing customer service for weeks and they are terrible.. i provided pictures and videos and they keep telling me it is not broken and to be patient lol.. its clear they dont want to admit its their fault and dont want to refund me..dont waste your money.. these people dont care about good customer service.. not to mention the skin of the doll is reddish... the eyelids have a black line across each one??? And the material is very delicate, you will see wear after your first use.

I order on line yesterday they took the money right away and said I would have tracking number today witch is the next day and they said dont worrie be patient and I still have not heard from them

Scam. Read. So after my purchase I asked for dhl to put it inside my fence. The seller dan li who only does pay pal not any other payment method said put it on the fence. Are you kidding me? Few more days I asked why I haven't received a tracking number. He stated it was sent be patient. Few more days still no tracking. So I ask who he sent it through. He replied fed ex and they had a system shutdown and couldn't give a tracking number be patient."only after I mentioned dhl wont deliver to my house or post office." So i called fed ex he created a label only and guess where its coming from CHINA and its 3kg and I Googled the address ya he isn't in Los Angeles dont buy save your time and money from this Chinese knockoff. And the headach. They also own jessky.com as in they use the same address. And they replied with the tracking number from both ussextoy.com and jessky.com even though I bought it though ussextoy.com

I recently purchased a doll from this site and felt confident after reading that the doll you receive is identical to the one you receive . Well I placed order feeling confident that I had made a safe purchase. Doll arrived yesterday and on opening box I was shocked to find that the doll they sent was not what I ordered. So contacted seller and sent photos one being doll's head I ordered and the one they sent . The doll I ordered had a B size breasts and the one I received had D size also skin colour much different than the one I received. This information sent to seller and they replied asking me to fully assemble doll as the photos I sent had unassembled doll . At this point I had already explained that was wrong and not what I ordered ,asked for them to arrange to have the doll picked up by courier. After all this sending wrong head and body you would think they would have help but no . I will be contacting consumer affairs today and contacting my solicitor . Will update when and if this company holds true to what they say but don't hold alot of hope so will leave it to the professional's to sort out. Yes they did answer multiple times to emails regarding wrong doll but don't appear to accept the terms on purchase that if you get the wrong doll they will fix it. Think wisely before purchasing from this mob as what I ordered was not what I got . Forgot to mention doll took over 3 weeks to get here. Look elsewhere before purchasing anything from this mob as they will not take any responsibility for anything they sell and give you the run around in hope you will give up !. Update , well it turns out PayPal is not worth using as they knocked back my case , they said it was close enough and wasn't damaged so was good enough. What a joke it's just like saying if you order a sports car and end up with a family car then that's close enough. So PayPal not worth a pinch of crap in my options. Be aware when using PayPal in future even if you are promised exactly what you order you will get it seems PayPal thinks it's ok to send you something else. I was very worried after placing order and THEN i seen this site. I did not recieve any mail from the company after 5 days. I was starting to worry after not getting a reply.
I have just recieved an email with a tracking number. Ths order was dispatched the day after order with full track details.. phew.. so relieved..... will keep posted on the quality

Finally got package. Was packaged great.. discreet and care was taken.
Im suprised by the quality. I know the lower end priced dolls cause nightmares for buyers. I received a doll that looked very close too specifications. Looked like the promo shot even.. i was shocked.
The quality is unbelievable. I paid nearly 50% mark down on this product and would definately buy from them again.

I havent received my item yet. It's been a week and I've sent them an email to at least get a tracking number. With these mixed reviews, I hope I didnt get scammed. The ones that said they've received their products, are they trustworthy sources? The ones that say they havent, with enough disputes through PayPal, would PayPal drop their account and no longer allow them to accept money? Also, website can be reported and taken offline? I'm going to stay optimistic and hope I receive it or at least a tracking number.

I didn't ever receive my order, and the guy with which i spoke by email took some time to issue my refund, but it's definitely not a scam. Just some local company struggling to issue its orders.

She arrived in 7 days. Top quality. Not the original model but close enough. Half the price of original model and a much quicker delivery time than other suppliers. This was a great purchase.

Ordered a machine from these guys for $150 and it works great! Arrived in 8 days after ordering with everything in order. Was able to track through DHL and saw all the steps it took to get here. Was worried the machine would slide back when entering but works well and gets nice and deep inside. Also was so worried after reading some reviews about USSEXTOYS online but nice and surprised everything is great - 5 stars

Indicates a delivery in 4 days with DHL, it is false, package still not received and tracking number which tells me that nothing has been shipped.

I had to contact them myself to have the tracking number.

Result, still nothing received, why lie?

Be honest on time, fortunately I paid by Paypal.

I have emailed 3 times now placed a order over 7 days ago and still nothing.
Not a reply to a email
No tracking number nothing.

They have no contact number.

If I dont get a reply in the next 12 hours I'm making a order dispute and requesting my money back from paypal.

Shocking experience tbh.

I placed an order on 1/15/20. The site clearly says 1-4 days shipping. I paid $109 dollars for a product that has yet to be shipped. It still says "awaiting shipping". I sent an email, still no response. I will be speaking with my bank on tomorrow to get charges reversed and UssexToy can just keep their merchandise!! I want all of my money back for false advertising. I don't even have a tracking number, no type of confirmation whatsoever! But quickly took my $109 bucks. I demand a refund, my bank will get these charges reversed. People do not waste your time with ordering from this company. You'll be old, gray or dead waiting around and still won't have it.
