I have tried repeatedly to get the results for my dog since August 3rd. I have tried emailing every email and link I can find on their site. This is beyond ridiculous!! This site was recommended by my vet too! Very poor customer service when their site states responses within 24 hrs and on another part of their site for a chat says within an hour. I want my results or my money back.

Purchased a premium test for my dog on July 3, 2024. Submitted the hair samples back to them on July 10.. Received an email on July 18, advising they had RECEIVED my test samples in their facility, and I should have my test results back in 72 hours. It is now August 14. I have NOT received any test results. I have emailed them multiple times, but get NO response at all. Emailing is the ONLY way to contact them. They do not have a phone number listed to call. They supposedly offer a "live chat" M-F from 9:00-5:00, however it is constantly showing it's "OFF-LINE". Save your money and go with another company for your testing. I just wasted $64.00.

I just received my in-depth and very quick results for the sensitivity test for my dog. I'm very impressed with the quality and speed of service. My old man has a lot of health issues so it's nice to do what I can to stay informed about what could be causing him problems. Communication was great, and they really made the results easy to understand. Thanks so much!

This is regarding my now 11 month old pup with allergies, itchy skin, rash since 5 months old. After many food trials including 3 vet prescribed foods..All failed..my pup became very symptomatic..out of desperation to find food that agrees with him is what prompted me to try this company. I received test results for my pup in a timely manner however, there were many conflicting results such as high sensitivity to steak and beef bone but no issues with beef? High sensitivity to ham but not pork, pigs liver, pigs ear? High sensitivity to oatmeal but not oats? The test indicated that he is sensitive to 30 items and also indicated that he has a high sensitivity to fructooligosaccharidges. Chicory root among other food items are high in fructooligosaccharidges. Chicory root is one of them and in 99.9 % of all pet kibble...therefore we are feeding my pup open farm-turkey and ancient grains (with chicory root) as this is the purest food we could find without all sorts of food items with fructooligosaccharidges in it...He is abit better...skin not so red but still symptomatic. We also tried raw diet for which he wanted nothing to do with it. Apparently my pup was ok with chicken...so fed him cooked chicken breast and he broke out in a ruby red itchy rash...this is wrong on every level. At the very least... the company who gladly takes your money and your pups well being into their hands... do not have enough respect to email back when their results are questioned. This is the health of our animals here and due to their NO CONTACT when their results are questioned...I would not recommend this company to anyone.

These results were extremely helpful. We took this opportunity to change up our dog's food and have already seen a huge change in his skin irritation and much less chewing/licking his paw pads. If you are curious about your pet's food/general allergies, this is a great resource!

Bought 2 tests for each of my cats. They both were highly inconsistent, as the some of the same foods were listed in BOTH items they may be allergic to, and items that were ok to feed them! How is that possible??? Very confusing and found the results to be useless! I tried to contact customer service through email to question the results, because they do not have a customer service phone number ( which is very sketchy) , and I got no response through email! Total waste of money! Do NOT buy these fake tests! It’s a total scam!

I glad that, I did the test for my dogs. I learn about what you feed your pets.I think anyone that’s owns pets should do the test it really help my dogs n myself out

I'm very pleased on how fast our results came back to us.The whole process was very easy to do. Customer service was great as well.

I would give them Zero stars, if that was possible. I bought the two dog test because I was worried about my Westie mix, however, she died before I could do the test.
After I had a few days to grieve, I decided to go ahead and do the test—BOTH TESTS—on Lily, my pit bull mix. I used a clean comb and combed the top of her back, and then took some hair for each test.
The results I received should have matched or at least been close, but they were completely different. Lily and her counterpart (fake name) Bruno didn't have one matching sensitivity at all. I would never ever trust this company, and I'm going to try to get my money back. It's a FAKE!!!

Our dog Coal was very sick, actually we thought we’d have to say goodbye and our three vets had zero answers.
We took the test and come to find our our 13 year old has a lot of food intolerances which probably caused gerd or acid reflux disease. Coal suffered from breathing issues, vomiting and regurgitation. He’s a whole new dog and acting like a puppy again. We changed his food and he made an amazing recovery.

My Labrador Retriever "Teddy" has been on Breeder recommended food for his whole 2 year life. He has always had frequent diarrhea. We couldn't figure out and neither could the Vet. We just assumed he was getting into something he shouldn't when we weren't looking. Finally noticed and ad for this test and ordered it. As it turns out, his current foods top two ingredients is on the list for Sensitive or mild reaction. We switched food to one with no sensitively ingredients to Teddy and after a 3 week transition he has been diarrhea free. We are all so happy with these results and will recommend this test whenever possible. Thank you

From start to finish this test kit was great! I received it so fast after ordering and the test itself was easy to conduct (just had to brush my pup!). We knew he had some seasonal allergies from his vet but learning food products he has to sensitive to was very eye opening—-as his current kibble has a few products he is reactive to. Very glad we took the test for our pup and now I want to try the human version of the test for myself and my husband!

It took only about a week to get results. Great service and support. The information helped guide diet changes and our boy is already feeling better.

Please get this intolerance test if you have any questions or concerns about your pet. My dog has severe epilepsy and also mega esophagus and has always had chronic GI issues. I’ve tried him on several different foods but never had clear answers except for my pure observations on what was good or bad for him. This intolerance test gave us such clear answers on how to proceed forward! I sent in his current food sample and he was moderately intolerant to it because it contained ingredients that showed he had severe and moderate sensitivity to! I did the research and looked online at several different brands, flavors, etc and all the ingredients list (you would be surprised at how many non fish flavor food has fish oil and non chicken flavor food actually does have chicken in it! 2 of the severe sensitivities he apparently has!) Since making this newly educated switch of food, he has been doing SO much better! It’s been several weeks now and I am just so thankful I happened to find this company and website. Please consider doing this for your pets!!

Our dog's fur seemed to change overnight from the silkiest, thick fur to coarse with dramatic shedding and dandruff. I was desperate for answers so looked into intolerance testing. I found US Pet Food Intolerance and purchased the standard test immediately. The package came quickly, the process was so easy and the results were received in a week. Turns out, our dog was intolerant of the number one ingredient in his food! We've switched and his fur is back to the beautiful coat he had when we got him! It was the best $36 I've spent on an animal and would have easily spent more, knowing the quality feedback we received!

Knowing my dog's intolerances has allowed me to pick the correct food so he doesn't fart all night.
If you love your pets... Why not invest in knowing more about them?

Had my cat Chester tested. Was able to simply and easily purchase the kit from this company. Kit came quick and the results came faster! Helped me alter my cats diet to help him out. Chester has never been so happy. Thank you :)

This service was wonderful!! It gave me great insight into my dog Jades intolerances and allowed me to make changes to her diet based on those results. The kit came in a nice neat little box and the instructions were straight forward!! I would highly recommend this to anyone with concerns about their dogs diet. You definitely will not regret it!!

Super easy testing with amazing results! My dog kept getting sick after eating. I provided a small hair sample and got extremely comprehensive results very quickly. I adjusted her diet with the suggestions US Pet Intolerance provided and she hasn’t been sick since!!! Best money ever spent!!
