Misleading presentation and only partial refund offered
I found USPassportandVisa.org after searching Google for “US passports.” The site appeared first in the results, and the way the process was presented led me to believe I was paying for passport processing.
The $150 fee was not clearly presented until the very end, after I had already completed the application. The payment page also included several passport-related add-ons, which reinforced my impression that I was paying toward the actual passport process.
After paying, I learned that the company is a private form-preparation service and that I still have to submit the passport application myself at an official acceptance facility and separately pay the government passport fees. The official passport forms are available free from the U.S. Department of State.
I requested a full refund. The company first offered 25%, then increased the offer to 50%, but refused a full refund.
I felt misled by the overall presentation of the service and strongly recommend that anyone considering this site carefully understand exactly what they are paying for before entering personal information or payment details.
UPDATE:Thank you for responding. This order should be readily identifiable, as I have already communicated directly with your company regarding this transaction and have received multiple partial-refund offers, including 25%, 50%, and later a higher partial refund.
My review does not state that your company claims to issue passports. My concern is that the overall presentation of the site and checkout process led me to believe I was paying for passport-related processing rather than simply paying a private company to prepare forms that are available free through the U.S. Department of State.
I am happy to provide the information necessary to verify the order privately through Trustpilot, but I will not post personal or order information publicly.
My request remains the same: a full refund of the charge.

This is a scam. They pretend to be the legitimate passport agency for the US government and take extra money from people to complete paperwork that you can do yourself for free. Beware!!! I am reporting them if they don’t refund my money.

Easier than I thought
The online application was mostly self explanatory . There were minor misunderstandings but nothing that prevented me from completing it. Making the appoint was very quick. To be honest, I made it more challenging than it needed to be ( user error ). I call it the ID10T error.

Quick and Painless Process!
I kept putting this off because I remember how clunky the process of renewing a passport used to be. Not anymore!
My passport was going to expire in June 2027, but I needed to get a new one before my upcoming trip due to the fact that you can't travel with it if it's less than 6 months out before expiration.
The forms and instructions were very straightforward. I also loved the amount of communication and updates I got via email and text informing me of where my application was in the process.
I asked for expedited delivery, even though I knew it would cost extra, it wasn't terrible. They said I would get it within 4 weeks, and I want to say it was more like 2.5 weeks. Very speedy!
Now I got my new passport ready for my upcoming cruise in February and I don't have to worry about it again for another 10 years!
