Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing! I have a new S26 Ultra and for some reason I could not get it to work. Between Ramiz Ahmed, Saffi U Rahman Sajid, and Abdul Sami across two chats we were able to set the eSIM up on my S23 Ultra, and transfer it over. Lastly, I ran into an issue of not being able to switch to light speed from Dark Star.Ramiz Ahmed seamlessly took care of that for me. 5 stars for customer service!

Nice customer service

Ahmed Dervaish was really helpful, my phone had no service and i quickly go my issue resolved. Really helpful and patient, I'm really happy with my service and my provider, really nice customer service. 10/10

Ahmed Dervaish was of great help

Ahmed Dervaish was of great help. He was responsive to my questions and addressed my concerns on time. I will see the phone service, but overall my experience with Ahmed Dervaish's service was great. He is very professional and provided on time help.

I’ve had a really positive experience…

I’ve had a really positive experience with customer support—they connected me to a real person immediately, which was refreshing. The deals are also very good, and it’s a big plus that the listed prices already include all taxes and fees.

Unhelpful Customer Service – Not Recommended

The customer service representative took a very long time to understand the issue. After they finally understood, I told them the solution they were suggesting wouldn’t actually fix the problem. However, they kept repeating the same suggestion. I followed their instructions, but as expected, the issue was not resolved.
I then suggested approaching the problem differently. I explained that the eSIM seemed to be tied to my old phone’s IMEI, while I wanted to use it on my new device, so a new QR code needed to be generated with the new IMEI. After about an hour, the issue was finally resolved.
However, the stress and frustration I experienced, the feeling of not being valued as a customer, and the time I wasted were simply not worth it for such a basic issue. I plan to cancel my subscription as soon as my annual plan ends. I would not recommend this service.

Unaiza Ahmad, the rep. who served me, was fantastic! They understood my specific requests immediately, verified exactly what I wanted before commencing actions, and was both polite and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

EZ 2 Do

I never thought changing Cellular providers could be this easy, but US Mobile was right there with me the whole time. I worried that this change would take me days, but with use of an eSIM and the awesome person who helped me via CHAT (Mahad J), I got it done in about an hour (from purchase to go-live with new Cellular service)! I am totally impressed with Customer Service.

Helpful Chat and Good Service

Mahnoor Imran was very very very helpful and kind in assisting me when I had trouble figuring out how to log into my correct account. I had logged into an old one I must’ve created ages ago by mistake and paid for a new line but could not connect my phone number (because I already had an existing line on my proper account, oops). It was much easier to resolve than expected because of Mahnoor. I appreciate you very much!
