Been very pleased with US Mobile on all 5 lines in my family. Today I had some trouble connecting using my international plan while overseas, but Usman Ansari got everything working for me.

I've been with US Mobile for about 10 years now, and never had an issue. Customer service is always prompt and helpful. We've had no issues switching between networks, either (where we currently live there are only AT&T towers, but at our old place there were only Verizon towers, and while moving we had to switch the networks on our phones every few weeks)

Rehman Faisal is a legend! What an expert!! Fixed my problem while abroad in a blink of an eye. I couldn’t get any calls from the us while abroad even though my outgoing calls and messages and internet were fine. I don’t know how he fixed it but he is a top G! Deserves a raise for sure!

Customer Service rep Mr Kumar is very knowledgeable and was able to address and fix the loss of 5G in my Light Speed service. The improvement in service is stellar!

Wow! I'm actually taken aback by how exceptional the customer service was here given that this isn't a major carrier service.

Muhammad was AMAZING. Prompt, professional, kind, infinitely patient. I would have switched to US Mobile years ago if I knew I could get such quick and excellent customer service here. 100% recommend.

Customer service is top notch with US Mobile! I am older and not tech savvy and they made it sooooo easy to save so much on a yearly plan. Number and phone transferred seamlessly. And customer service stayed on the chat with me while I went thru the process. Hooray for US Moble!

Needed help changing networks after a new SIM arrived. Haroon Khalid to the rescue! Quickly requested all of the required info on my end and had the SIM ready to go within minutes. Zero pain on my side for a much needed fix after a recent move to a more rural area. Love it when a company can engage customer support the right way!

Your employee, Umair Abbas, made me feel understood, genuinely cared about helping me, and came up with a way that might actually work. Even if things don't work out the way I want, I live with it because no one really seems to care anymore these days. So, day one of service with US Mobile and I'm already impressed. Well done, guys, someone deserves a raise!
