US Mobile provides me with service on my infrequent trips to the US and let's me keep my number while I'm away. I usually message them with issues that I have, they are random issues, nothing I fault them for. Their customer service in fantastic and they always solve my issues in a few minutes. They are friendly and receptive. I'm grateful for the help they provide.

I needed to switch payment methods nearly a week after my purchase, and I was able to get my preferred solution (cancel and full refund) within 2 minutes through the online chat. Remarkably good customer service. Laraib Khan was the customer service rep.

I'd go 0 stars if I could. They messed up and had to buy another plan and get told I'll get refund. Still waiting 3 damn near 4 weeks. Canceled starlink next day 4 days before they shipped it and was told get refund. Same bullshit 3 to 4 weeks no refund and they want more money for starlink. Visible or Mint Mobile the companies to use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH US MOBILE. CROOKS IS WHAT THEY ARE.

US Mobile service
US Mobile has a great product and a great price. But that price comes with a problem. Their service is bad, tovery bad, to horrible. The only service is through the chatbot. Sometimes you can't even get through the chatbot. Today I contacted them because my voicemail was locked AGAIN despite that they had fixed it a month ago. A month ago, it was fixed by delting all my voicemails (played or unlayed), making me get a password, and giving me a new voicemail call number. That only worked until today. when I finally reached a tech today, he offered the same fix =. i siad that was not satisfactory as that was done previously and id not wor. I asked for a supervisor. He said sure, and took my two IMEI number and said to wait. I waited for 20 minutes ( I had now been on the phone for 75 minutes) and still no one had answered. I put into the chat box if anyone was there, and that reset the bot and I had to wait again. I finally gave up and managed to fix the problem myself by deleting all my phone data and cache, which fixed the problem. Any time you need service, it take 45 minute or more. Sometimes, that does not fix the problem. The chat bot is a horrible way of fixing customer serive problems!!!

Exceptional backend support from Supervisor Bilal saved my business trip!
I lost my cellular connection while on an international business trip and was completely cut off from my clients. I couldn't even activate Wi-Fi calling because the E911 address prompt wouldn't load on my phone from abroad. I reached out to support on a Friday night, and Supervisor Bilal stepped in to save the day. Instead of just giving me generic advice or asking me to wait for an email, he went out of his way to manually provision my line and register my E911 address directly on the backend. Within minutes, my Wi-Fi calling was up and running. His technical knowledge, patience, and understanding of my work emergency were top-notch. Thank you, Bilal, for literally saving my business trip!

Customer service was great
I can only speak about the transfer so far. I did it via chat, which can be kind of confusing and can make you feel like impatience is brewing and rising every second you spend looking for information or not seeing the typing dots moving. I’m glad to say that the rep that assisted me was patient, kind, and helpful. Never asked “are you still there?” to then find out they disconnected after 1 minute of “silence.” He was the best (Khazer Saleem).

I ordered a non-camera flip phone for my son and the phone that arrived had a camera. We installed the sim and it didn’t work. After 90min talking with support, it still didn’t work. I asked to return it and they wanted to charge me a $30 restocking fee! I was out of time and ended the call. When I called them back a week later to return the phone I was told it was now a $50 restocking fee! What a scam! The phone literally never worked and never processed a bit of data. BUYER BEWARE!!

I had an Att sim card with this company and it never worked properly, if at all when overseas. US Mobile exchanged it for a Verizon based SIM card that did not work at all on my phone I was about to give less than one star, but SAAD helped me reprogram my phone and change the APN. Now my phone works great in the United States. I haven't had a chance to check it overseas yet, but I've talked to 4 or 5 different reps, none of them knew what to do. They kept just sending more SIM card. None of them worked until 1 day when Saad was able to understand the problem, we reprogrammed, the phone settings and got everything working. This is a difference in customer service when someone listens to the customer. Has the knowledge to fix the problem versus just blow off the customer, then off to the next customer to not help.
