1-Star Review: USGlobal-Logistics is a Cruel Scam – They Prey on People Who Need Medication

1-Star Review: USGlobal-Logistics is a Cruel Scam – They Prey on People Who Need Medication
I never write reviews, but I’m sitting here shaking as I type this because I can’t stay silent after what USGlobal-Logistics put me through. If you’re reading this and thinking about using them, please—stop. Just walk away. They are not a real shipping company. They are scammers who target vulnerable people, especially those waiting for urgent medication.
My story: I was supposed to receive a package with my prescription ADHD medication. My doctor had prescribed it, I had provided every piece of documentation they asked for—including the original prescription—and my physician even communicated directly with them multiple times to verify everything was legitimate.
Instead of delivering it, they put it on “administrative hold” and demanded a $2,100 “mandatory administrative fee” in Bitcoin, saying 70% would be refunded after delivery (sound familiar to anyone?). When I pushed back and pointed out that all documentation was already provided, they claimed there were “inconsistencies” and “alterations” in the records (complete lies—everything was straight from my doctor).
They also said there were “multiple parcels” to the same address that needed “consolidated review.” Those other parcels only existed because a previous scam company, EverLinesLogistics (who seem connected), took $1,400 from me under the same “refundable deposit” lie and then vanished without delivering anything. I had to reorder the medication—that’s the package USGlobal-Logistics now holds hostage.
Every email from them is the same cold script: excuses, delays, and more demands for Bitcoin. Meanwhile, I’ve been without my medication for weeks. My ADHD symptoms have spiraled—I can’t focus, I’m overwhelmed, anxious, forgetful, and honestly just exhausted from fighting this. It’s taken a real toll on my mental health, my work, and my relationships.
These people don’t care. They hide behind fake names like “Ronald M. Cole,” use untraceable Bitcoin wallets, and string you along until you either pay or give up. There is no package—they just want your money.
I’m heartbroken, angry, and honestly scared for anyone else who falls into their trap. If you see USGlobal-Logistics, USGlobal-Logistics.com, or anything similar—run. Report them. Block them. Do not engage.
No one should have to beg and plead for life-essential medication while scammers exploit their desperation. I trusted the process and got robbed of money, time, and my health stability.
Stay far away from USGlobal-Logistics. They are predators, not a logistics company.
– A very hurt and exhausted customer who just wanted his medicine
