Continuing problems with this company

Continuing problems with this company. 3 weeks after I placed an order and had heard nothing I put a negative review on here. Immediately I heard from zaful that they were processing my order. A week later they say they have shipped it. No tracking number or hint as to when it will arrive. Now I can no longer access my account - my password is rejected and they do not send me a .ink for a new one. Very disappointed

Terrible costumer service

Terrible costumer service. I received a few beautiful bikinis but they are all wrong size. The sizing chart is wrong.
I have tried for 2 hours to fill in the return form following their instructions and it's a impossible mission! They make it impossible to submit
I contacted them here but no response ,there is no way to contact them at all, no phone,no email

The worst customer service that I have…
The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered a few clothes back in January and I have never received 3 of the items.
The customer service team keep referring to be patient but they show zero effort and action to solve the problem.
3 person were answering my messages on the app but non of them were showing problem solving attitude.
The names are Nare, Javier and Bess.
They provided horrible customer service.
I think they are scammers.
Also I tried to write honest opinions about the clothes on their app and they never publish any negative and honest comments.
Basically they charge you and if you never receive your parcel they will tell you to wait for it even through they know exactly the parcel will never show up.
The clothes are from really cheap materials and they are ridiculously small.
I ordered size M from everything as that’s my size in every shop and the size of them would be Extra Small in any other normal shop where they make clothes for adults.
And when I requested exchange first they said they can’t do that until I haven’t received the other 3 items that I have ordered... And now they telling me to send everything back and they change it even if I haven’t received 3 of the items that I have ordered.
Probably if I would send it back they would never send me anything in return and they would never refund my money either based on their actions.
It’s really sad that I will receive an automated reply on this...
I hope this shop will not operate for long as the only thing they doing is leaving disappointed customers behind.
And also charging you and not provide service is not only unacceptable but also illegal.

I made a purchase in June, and haven’t received anything yet! It’s already September now! Whenever I inquire about the order, a receive a stupid auto reply!!
I don’t want the clothes purchased anymore. I only want a refund!!
Please don’t waist your money on this crappy website!

They still have my money - AVOID.

My daughter purchased several items from this company. They were sent to us in Wales from an address in the UK. Two of the items didn't fit, so she followed the instructions to send them back. She was told she could have a credit on her account and that she'd have to send them back - to an address in Spain, tracked but not signed for. This cost £14. The refund wouldn't happen until they'd received the item so "please wait". I followed this up a couple of times, and requested a full refund to the credit card, not her Zaful account, which they agreed to. After months of not receiving the package I complained. Suddenly, they received it! and agreed to a full refund in USD (not £), so the refund was not the full amount. Plus they would only partially refund the postage. After 6 months of back and forth, they FINALLY refunded 29.69USD (it should have been £29.69) and 8.90USD for partial postage. They are basically robbers. It's disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Poor site

Poor site - I asked for a refund and it's still not been returned, it's taken over three months, back and forth talking to the support agents who post the same comments again and again. The items looked nothing like the photos on the site and the material felt cheap and horrible. All I wanted was a full refund, not a partial refund and my full postaged paid not in USD in the same currency I paid. If your retuning your items good luck and be careful they don't try partially refund you! I will not be using this site again

Awful Company: AVOID at all costs
Awful Company - Avoid at all costs: They are still ignoring and writing fake reviews, I have tried every avenue and they are only interested in taking money off people. The goods look amazing but when they arrive they aren't. It costs way too much to send the goods back and then they ignore ....

Since I posted my last review, I have tried again to get in touch with them...

Does anyone have any advice on how to get money back?

UPDATE: They have replied with a STOCK answer. I have sent my goods back and sent messages to their customer service yet I am still ignored and they owe me money. I notice that they give the same answer to others who complain. Yet, when you complain they don't resolve anything.

I received a message from the company on my Zaful account (under the 'pending' ticket on 12/2/2020. Nothing useful at all, just asking for the same information I had given them already on a previous ticket. They asked for information on here (Trust Pilot), so I have provided that. Let's see what happens now.

Meanwhile I have had another letter from Fedex with a demand for over £40, I read on another review that Zaful dont fill in the forms correctly so people are penalised with over-exaggerated shipping charges.... let's see where this takes us!

I have updated on here as I can't reply to their message.

Absolutely Awful

Absolutely Awful! My delivery was due on the 1st April. I paid the additional tax (which I wasn’t aware of). I got a call from an anonymous number on the 3rd who left me a voicemail asking if I’d paid the extra tax but I couldn’t return the call as the number was unknown.
I have tried the live chat (which just offers automated responses) and their support line is an overseas number that will probably cost me more than my order to call.
At a loss of what to do considering all I want is a refund. This is the worse online order process I’ve ever been through!

You talk about how good your company is,, well i have given you on many occasion to rectify my order and account.. can't count how many times your customer service staff have tried to change the subject on what i was viewing my complaint ... also we all can open up a company which i am self employed and make a good living at it ... i have excellent customer service for 35 years.. and no bad reviews.. so if you think that telling me its customers giving you a good rating i find that hard to believe... i think a company should stand by its word to the people and make sure customers come first.. in your case they don't matter.. to close this conversation..i sent my ticket in and no response once again... i asked for a refund and still waiting... thank you

DON'T ORDER FROM ZAFUL,
if you don't wanna play with your money!

My order didn't get delivered.

With the outrageous excuse of: "Unfortunately,we regret to inform you that your order delivery has been returned to shipping agent due to some reason."

And one option after that was:
"Pay us extra re-shipped fee, we can ask the shipping agent to arrange re-delivery for you."

After trying that, the delivery has still not arrived after 1-2 months and there is no further notice.

This is the first and last time I will order something from ZAFUL. Don't make the same mistake, please.

Way better than expected

This is the first review I've ever written. I saw a few cute things on zaful on my fb feed and i ordered the tie dyed bikini, some sunglasses and the cactus romper. After I ordered, I read reviews and assumed I'd never receive the items or they would be terrible quality and fit...
I'm happy to say, I received my order within 5 days of purchase! I live in rural New York so that's pretty good considering the others reviews too.
The quality of both garments is above what I expected. I've gained a bit of weight this year and even before that, rompers always looked weird on me but I kept trying (haha) because they're so cute! The cactus romper was too adorable to pass up but i assumed itd be too small in some places and baggy and ugly in others but I was totally wrong! It's PERFECT! it looks better on me than fancier, more expensive ones looked on me when I was skinny! So cute! The material is perfect, cool and breezy AND isn't see-through or flimsy. It gives the perfect amount of structure with a perfect relaxed fit. The bathing suit also fits perfectly and is exactly like the photos but better quality than I picured. The sunglasses are great too. <3

Good Experience!

I was pleased with the item that I ordered. Nice quality, and it was as advertised. Shipping was incredibly fast. I was quite surprised considering most sites such as these take 20-30+ days. (my order arrived in around 10 days). I had emailed support to ask a question and received a response in less than 24 hours. I will shop again.

Is better to measure yourself , which is rather obvious , but I got dresses for my measurements that were big or too tight..... now is a personal thing , as I lost some weight, the good thing the ones that were small fits and the ones that were big now it looks quite large.

Great quality and unique products

I have ordered from Zaful a couple times, and aside from the somewhat lengthy arrival time (to be expected since I am in the U.S) I have had no issues whatsoever. The sizes run small, so that is an important thing to note. The customer service representatives respond quickly and each process has been successful. I love the products I have ordered and it is great quality. I will continue to order from Zaful.

Long shipping but decent quality

The quality of their clothing isn’t the best, but that should be expected given the price. The shipping also took a while but customer service was very helpful when addressing concerns. I ordered a swimsuit that fits as expected. I would measure based on the sizing guides before ordering. Overall, I had a positive experience and I would recommend this site.

Problem solved !

I received my order with clothing well and very neatly packed. they fit well (although the material is a bit fragile).
The customer service workers are extremely nice and respectful. They were very helpful with a problem I had with the custom duty.

P.S: custom duty is not paid by Zaful.

Poor quality clothes

Poor quality clothes that all had to be sent back. Didn't fit well at all and can't imagine how they would fit anyone well. Good customer service communication for the returns but I had to pay to return the package via track and trace, send them the tracking code and wait a long time for the refund. All in all just a big waste of time.
