January 2026 I ordered one case of bioethanol fuel for my indoor fireplace. Uselesscarbon.com was advertising such a low price - I thought this sounds too good to be true. Delivery was promised in 3-5 days. After waiting over two weeks with no delivery, I contacted my credit card company to check my charges and found that Uselesscarbon.com had charged me twice for the same order that was never delivered. I could not get any help by contacting the vendor, getting a return and any assistance was nonexistent. I was finally reimbursed 4 months later for being charged twice for a product that was never delivered. Uselesscarbon ia a SCAM.

Placed and paid for a item 30 days ago and still have not received. I sent emails asking about shipment 4 times and still no response. Called phone number listed and got message saying voice mail was full, I believe that they are frauds.

Scam, after putting in credit card info I received a "page not found 404". Two days later I received a notice from my credit card company for a fraud alert on that card.

Scam web site. Never have got an invoice emailed to me. My order was for more than what I was charged through PayPal. First deduction from PayPal was $200 then charge was increased to $230.00 with no authorization. Payment went to someone in Mexico for a business in Illinois. Phone number with Georga prefix goes to a Verizon message no one available. No response from email to website or to PayPal link to payee.

today what I thought I was buying was a Reline coffee maker for $53.10 that's with discount.
I tried my Credit Card, and it said declined?
So, I used PayPal for checking out and when I got to the last click to pay for coffee maker,
the website changed it to $730.15.

Yes, I call this bait and switch.
Which is against the law in the USA.

I ordered from their website, total invoice was $180.00 They declined both my credit cards as not having sufficient funds which was totally not correct. It did go through PayPal but instead of $180.00 it was $728.99. it appears that the company is from Japan but I could make no connection with their US phone number in Wisconsin. I have attempted to send them an email. Beware of this company despite there high legitimate and safe rating they appear to be a scam.
