So far i like the solution!

They have a lots of templates, great editor and a good sending speed.

Landing pages are very useful, too - you don't depend on a website to launch a campaign for a product.

They are very helpful with their email support and it's great that they try to keep developing!

UNLIMITED SENDING - better than every other email provider out there

I haven't even mentioned the easy landing page designs or the A/B split testing - there's too much to list here - do yourself a favour: sign up for a free trial and go check them out

I find Inbox very helpful when it comes to creating and sending newsletters. Its predesign templates make design easy and quick for me, as I am able to tweak the template and make the design mine. INBOX offers a good service with competitive features for email marketing campaigns.

Overall, I will say INBOX is a really good newsletter and leads generation tool. It is simple to use with a user-friendly UI. Integration and Setup are quite straightforward. I’m happy to have bought the tool on Appsumo, I think they offered a competitive deal and awesome product.

I have been using Inbox for a while now.
I have to admit, it's wonderfully simple and clean interface is very appealing.
Emails can now be sent in a clean, professional format.
I can also set up automated email campaigns to target my existing & future clients.

This is a promising mailing software with good features at a reasonable price. We have been using them for few months and it proves to be reliable in delivering our newsletters.

We have been using INBOX for 6 months and love this. We are very happy with the system. The templates and ease of use plus automation has helped us organise our email newsletters.

I have been using inbox for quite a while now and I must say that it does everything the competition does but in a very clean, aesthetically pleasing way. I actually enjoy spending time on the platform, and I have been able to automate marketing flows easily with their visual automation editor.
Customer service is exceptional. Their responses are fast, accurate, and genuine. This is a huge positive for me as I feel I am supporting a good bunch of humans by using their platform.

Great tool for warming up and converting users. Easy and functional.

I have used many email tools for marketing campaigns and I can say that INBOX is my favorite. The features are not as restrictive as in other email marketing platforms plans. If you would like to use a tool for sending weekly/daily campaigns, you should give a chance to INBOX. INBOX covers all of the basic things related to email marketing. The user interface of designing email marketing templates and building email lists is excellent. And their customer support team is very quickly. They are always trying to create a eaasy and fast solutions against problems.

Great easy to use product for creating email campaigns. Simple to use drag and drop tool for creation and simple automation of campaigns with workflows. Solid product.

INBOX is a simple but effective tool to start with email marketing - I definitely recommend to try it if you are looking for a simple way to start an email list (the first 500 contacts are currently free with the Plus plan).

I have used this for over a year and so far it is proven to be helpful and fast.

I have been using INBOX newsletter for the last couple of months and I am super happy. It provides quality services with a cost-effective way. It’s a cool tool, I use every week to circulate news among my students and stakeholders. And the automation features just make it super cool.

useINBOX is a relatively new newsletter marketing platform originating from Turkey, with another office location based in Canada.

What I like most about them is their amazingly straightforward and intuitive email newsletter builder called INBOXbrush. I have used a number of builders over the years and INBOXbrush is one of the few builders with zero barriers to entry — you can dive in and start creating straight away. It contains almost everything you would ever need to build a beautiful newsletter laid out in a simple and tidy grid, and their drag-and-drop functionality is smooth and responsive.

I do wish they would offer more than a handful of generic font options (they do not offer Google Fonts or custom fonts) so my newsletters can stay on brand better.

The builder also lacks the ability to create default styles and settings for different elements (e.g. headings, paragraphs, buttons, links, etc.), so you have to edit everything manually. This can be mildly inconvenient when you're managing multiple brands, and a real PITA if you want to redo your branding.

One thing useINBOX seems to be extremely proud of is their capability to create 5 or 10 "sender accounts" so you can send out newsletters as different brands from a single useINBOX account depending on your subscription.

The major downside is that a single useINBOX account is all you will get — as of the writing of this review, they do not allow you to create multiple user accounts with different roles or levels of access. This can lead to GAPING SECURITY HOLES down the line (i.e. data theft) when you reach the stage where you need to hire someone to manage your newsletters.

Another downside is that you're only allowed to manually delete one subscriber at a time. If you want to delete an entire list, you need to get in touch with useINBOX support and give them an explanation as to why you are doing so. This is extremely convoluted and impractical, especially for those who have an actual need to manage multiple brands (i.e. agencies).

TL;DR: While useINBOX is certainly more affordable and more accessible compared to competing services like Mailchimp, I do not consider useINBOX to be growth-proof or future-proof in its current state, and I find it a little difficult to wholeheartedly recommend useINBOX to others at this point due to its various limitations.

On the other hand, since the day I started using useINBOX, they have introduced a number of new functionalities, including email automation, a WordPress plugin that allows you to create newsletter sign-up forms, and custom landing pages with a fair number of beautiful templates. useINBOX is not yet as mature or as well-polished as services like Mailchimp or ConvertKit, but I believe that as long as they listen to user feedback and continue to improve their product, they are on the right track to catch up and become a serious contender in a few years.

This product is full of potential.
