I purchased a used mobility scooter that broke after a couple of months, had it replaced with a different one after waiting 2 weeks not great waiting time when you rely on the scooter . Second was delivered when I was out but I had no follow up contact to check if all good ,
it worked OK for a while but there were loose wires. Both were class 3 scooters. At no point was I informed these needed to be registered with the DVLA. I only found this out when had to purchase a brand new one within less than a year the it was not working well and the wires became looser than when replaced , the new model was same model as sold to me by the company . It's quite a important piece of information, the scooter sold and replaced by them should in fact have log books. Original service on purchasing the first was great, but this level of service changed once I contacted when it stopped working under guarantee to replace or refund.
