Decent price delivered on time BUT when the iphone microphone was erratic I contacted Used Mobiles 4 U to arrange a replacement or refund. This is when they showed their excellence. Arranged return for MY convenience and sent through a postage QR for my ease. A real pleasure doing business with them - and I'm likely to again. Oh, and by the way, the new (used) phone works great...

We have had a good experience with Used Mobiles 4 U. Slight disappointment in that the phone we ordered (white IPhone SE) was out of stock, so they sent us a black one instead without waiting for confirmation.
We did speak to James, who was very helpful and friendly, assured us that if we weren't happy with it then to send it back.
As it was, the recipient was more than happy with the black.
The phone was as described, looked like new.
Only other concern was warnings that the battery wasn't a genuine apple part, but it seems to be performing great so far, so we are not worried.

The phone supplied as stated in advert and worked well.
But had been fitted with a new screen, which is not apples I have to put up with a warning all the time.
Otherwise all OK

My "as new" iphone 8 does not work. Nobody can hear me on telephone calls suggesting a faulty microphone. It is also not the colour I ordered.
I have tried contacting the seller but they have not responded.

The system of purchase was first rate and the product was also as advertised. The issue was that after ordering on Tuesday and chasing on Wednesday and Thursday it seems that Royal Mail only received unit from you on Friday and then service was excellent with a delivery as promised by them on Saturday morning. It was annoying to be promised delivery by you (through the web chat on Thursday and Friday as we stayed in to accept it and wasted both days
