Did not have die IN STOCK! as the website said

Order a die which the website said they had one in stock, waited 5 days nothing ! Chased and asked if it had been posted yet, reply was we seemed to have miss placed it! Fully refund issued but I wasted a week waiting for it 😕 ordered from China now!

Hi there. I find it very unfortunate you felt the need to leave us a 1* review.

Unfortunately, this item was out of stock when you placed your order.

We tried to locate another for you, which proved unsuccessful.

The reason there was a delay in a refund being processed is due to waiting to hear back from our suppliers.

However, as you have mentioned, a full refund was issued. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, but as it was a custom size, the wait to hear back was a little longer.

Excellent product and service! …

Excellent product and beyond expectations, had a small problem with delivery but this was completely the fault of Royal Mail, which seems to be the norm with them now!!. Communication with Ellis was second to none!

REALLY GOOD SERVICE.

REALLY GOOD SERVICE.
WE HAVE ORDERED DEW THINGS THIS YEAR FROM USED MACHINE TOOLS AND FEW WHERE ALMOST NEW AND REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
AND WOULD REALLY ORDER MORE THINGS IN THE COMING FUTURE AND THE EMAILS REPLYS ARE PRETTY QUICK TOO.
