Horrible odds, incomplete props, and awful customer service! If you hit a decent slip, they suspend your account with no warning and ignore you when you inquire. This is a Temu prizepicks clone. There are plenty of better options out there.

I recently switched to Chalkboard for my virtual phone number, and I couldn't be more pleased. The transition was seamless, and the customer service has been outstanding. A bit steep for £15/mth but the founders will address the issues. I jad problems to call 0800 0345 etc and told they cannot afford to due to costs but reversed their decision as we need to contact banks etc...

App wise...so-so ...only better if they can work on teams or SIP Trunk

I've been using Chalkboard for quite some time now. I am grateful for such an amazing application for a low monthly cost that let's me utilize a separate business phone number for customers phone calls and texting.

Using chalkboard is intuitive and its speedy when it comes to talking / sending-receiving texts. I personally use this as an alternative to getting a second sim because my sim tray is broken. Now i have access to multi sim functionality without the extra cost of buying a new phone!

Chalkboard is saving my small business hundreds of dollars per year! I recently switched over from Google Voice and have been very satisfied. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because they don't have a web version of their app - it only runs in native apps on iPhone and Android. The majority of my business is done from a desk, so a web version is a must for me. That said, the savings made it worth leaving Google Voice.

Excellent service, we use it for our small business and the ability to share one number to three people is fantastic. Great support desk also, very prompt and efficient service.

Tried so many different telephone apps for my business and this is hands down the best one I’ve come across for the UK. Customer service is also so good, and they’ve helped us with several queries super quickly. Their update earlier this year also was very appreciated and the app works perfectly for my small team to help answer customer’s calls

Simply amazing and cool app. Very intuitive and easy to use. This is the app that stands out from the crowd. A fantastic app for having a separate number for business purposes. Tried so many other apps but finally chose this due to no ads and no hiccups and no issues. Works great with clean interface. Highly recommended this!

I use Chalkboard for my solo-artist salon. I love it because I do not have to share my personal number with guests, and can keep professional boundaries.

I have had to contact Chalkboard several times regarding the A2P 10DLC that is required for business professionals to have by law.

I can honestly say that I have never worked with a team that is so customer service driven and professional. Every single person I have worked with has been kind, helpful, responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They genuinely want to see you succeed.

Chalkboard made it extremely easy for me to get a number for my business. I'm starting and it gave me an option to put in my area code and gave me a list of numbers that I could choose from. It was at a low cost and super easy to do. I would recommend them to anybody

I have no idea where this has been and why I had never heard of it! We recently downsized our business and no longer needed our $100+ month subscription from 8x8.

Chalkboard has made the transition so easy and the customer service is top notch! They walked me through the porting process and kept me up to date every step of the way.

I am amazed that they are offering more features than our bulky expensive system for a fraction of the price. If you are looking for a flexible business phone system or just a second line on your device Chalkboard is the way to go!

They were extremely quick and efficient in responding using the chat feature. The app is great, I wish there was a desktop option to manage it but otherwise its worth the monthly cost!
