Used bounce twice whilst travelling…

Used bounce twice whilst travelling around Japan. Great service. The only issue was the map facing south instead of north so we ended up using a location in the opposite direction to where we wanted to be so would be more aware of that next time.

Very convenient

This service was a huge help, I had two large pieces of luggage with me and I didn’t know where to store them. All I had to do was find a storage facility nearby that suited my needs and leave them there for as long as I wanted.

Convenient location

Convenient location! Drop off and pick up were easy. The negative would be that the luggage was not kept in a secure/locked location. They were stored right next to the front door. Thankfully our bags were there and no issues with anything missing.

Easy to drop off and pick up luggage. The gentleman who served us was welcoming. Location was perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk to where I had to go (Palace of Versailles). Definitely recommend

I wish I had known there is no elevator and I’d have to carry everything up the stairs. Other than that it was a good experience.

Excellent location and service

Easy to find with friendly efficient service. Smaller bags stored in locked racking with larger luggage in front of racking behind manned counter. Felt secure.

Very confusing

Very confusing as the place wasn’t actually a storage place or lockers or anything, it was a random off-licence shop, the guy behind the counter seemed confused but did take my bag. I was a little wary but i had no issues picking my bag back up and nothing was missing or touched, very friendly people, just a little strange.

good but a bit far from the station…

good but somewhere nearer the station would be appreciated. outer door is very stiff, push hard! and you have to carry luggage up 2 floors
