Nothing but trouble

As soon as I signed up, I was having a lot of trouble using the useadam.io service, where the AI was reading my bank statements incorrectly. I grew concerned, because I was taking longer correcting the mistakes than if I was to manually document all the transactions. The AI is slow, inaccurate, and frustrating to work with. For instance, I uploaded a year's worth of bank statements where hundreds of line item amounts were double-entries, and some line items were not even line items after verifying against the bank statements -- they were separate line items that summarized all the transactions, not transaction items. I was told to train the AI, but, when attempting to train, or correct issues, the AI became more confused. I even asked customer service to help, and they weren't sure how to resolve my problem. They asked me to invite a service agent, which has not done anything in the past 48 hours. The platform sold on the fact that useadam would make bookkeeping simple and efficient. That was wrong in my case. I also paid a monthly subscription ($37/mo) as well as for the $150 package for multiple years ($450 total), and the customer service rep was argumentative and non-accommodating as I tried to request for a refund for services that weren't yet rendered. I was ok with paying for the services the AI already did, though I can't do anything with it, since it's completely inaccurate throughout. The remaining $300 was not yet serviced, so it is fair to request that back. The excuse from the useadam team was that they have third-party affiliates that don't provide refunds, so therefore, they can't issue refunds. As a business owner myself, that's nonsense.

Buyer Beware. This platform has created more problems than solve them for my business.

Software is a scam

Software is a scam - they charge and put you on a subscription and refuse to help you. then tell you to cancel after struggling for a few hours and then trying to cancel.
