Unexpected Double Charge and Unclear Subscription
I accidentally clicked the “subscription update” button while using the service, and the payment was processed immediately without a sufficiently clear confirmation step.
I was then charged twice within only a few minutes (€29.99 and €20.01), which was extremely confusing and unexpected.
Even during the earlier $1 trial period, the token limits already felt very restrictive compared to expectations.
After today’s charges, I barely used the service at all and immediately canceled the subscription.
The subscription and billing structure should be made much clearer to users.

I paid the £1 for the one week trial and then was suddenly charged £29.99 automatically a week later with no warning. Turns out they have a no refund policy even 2 minutes after the charge had come out. Just quite a scummy company…
