Continued periodic charges to which I did not agree
The information I received for my initial inquiry was mostly correct, but everything I already knew. There was a bunch of incorrect information as well. People who never lived at that address (not in the last 50 years).
But the most serious complaint is they keep trying to charge my credit card - every week or so $9.95. My bank keeps declining which is good. But there was no mention of continuing charges or a trial that you cancel, or anything like that. So now I feel I need to cancel my credit card completely to stop my own bank from spamming my e-mail with the declinations.
