Since 2021 we use UScreen. They offer really good features and the team behind is just great: doesn't matter if we need support or have questions, they answer and help fast. We can deeply recommend to use them services.
We host our GVAA On-Demand training library on Uscreen and have been really happy with it. Clean interface, reliable video delivery, and it makes managing a subscription library surprisingly easy on the backend. Uscreen has been a very helpful tool for our ministry. Their platform is user friendly, and has so many ways to optimize our page to be the best experience for the subscriber. They also are extremely quick with helping problem solve and troubleshoot issues.
If your business isn't already super profitable, and if you aren't a subscription-based business, I would recommend you avoid this company and their predatory contract terms like the plague!
We signed a 12-month contract with Uscreen at $799 per month under the Pro Plan. What we did not fully appreciate at the time was how rigid the agreement structure is and how limited flexibility is even in dire financial circumstances. Uscreen will happily drive your business straight into bankruptcy!
Unfortunately, the platform sales people oversold and seriously underdelivered for our business type which is not subscription based. Nothing related to one-time purchases worked well, and many needed options for this purpose just frankly weren't available or were glitchy, and required other functions to not work correctly.
In part due to the platform limitations, our business slid into severe financial hardship and became insolvent during the contract term. We reached out proactively to discuss modifying the agreement or negotiating an early termination. We were told that downgrades and cancellations during the subscription period are prohibited no matter the reason and that payments would continue to be required through the full term.
While the contract does state this in writing, there appears to be no hardship provision, no early termination option, and no willingness to evaluate insolvency circumstances. For small businesses, that rigidity can be devastating.
If you are a startup, a creator, or operating with limited runway, understand that this is a VERY fixed financial commitment regardless of your financial circumstances. Again, Uscreen will happily drive your business straight into bankruptcy. We notified them that we were insolvent, and continuing to make payments to their platform would necessitate that we file for bankruptcy. They just shrugged their shoulders, and said "sorry, there's no other option. We don't make exceptions."
Proceed with caution and be certain your revenue can support the full year commitment.

The integration for the platform is awful.
For payment processing you can ONLY use Stripe which has very high transaction fees.
Integration to any other system is unbelievably challenging!! Through Zapier you have to setup AT LEAST 4 different zaps to get all the info.
The only option is to upgrade to a paid plan but the cost is too high for the amount of transactions we are processing.
Also, even when integrating, they only give you limited data, which means that basic fields are not included!! For example, if you're getting the payments through Zapier, you CAN'T get the person's ID! also the amount charged is sent as $451 instead of $4.51 - teeny tiny difference.
DO NOT RECOMMENED!

One thing that continually impresses me about Uscreen is the innovation. There is always a healthy supply of new features, fixes, and resources. From the perspective of our customers this is appealing, engaging and one of the reasons they say with us month after month.
