I do not recommend uscarsmats.com at all. The shipping time was over a month, the product I received was not as described or pictured on their website and the customer service I received was awful. After sending them pictures they informed me I had installed the product incorrectly yet when installed according to their instructions and diagram, it left the entire sidewalls of the third row completely exposed including the cup holders and armrests. Not as advertised, not as pictured and I would not do business with this company ever again!

Not what they advertise.
It took 1 month to receive mats after promising 7 to 10 day delivery. They said in an e mail they had to clear into the US first. Communications came in with need for translation. Profile says they are based in Kalispell MT. I don't believe that. I called the number listed, it went nowhere. Mats are nothing like pictures on their website. They do not fit or cover completely. They are missing coverage on the sides like pictured on site. They are a bunch of individual pieces and they do not stay on when seats are upright. Multiple emails and photos later...they said they are custom fit and they will not refund. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed if fit is not satisfactory. Not true. I am still fighting with them. Next action will be going to BBB.
