Excellent customer service from the staff. The vehicle did not have Apple Car Play active and was not able to use my device while using GPS. That was the worse experience from all rentals I have done. Please address, this is a safety concern.

I am very disappointed that that I did not get the car booked. I was given a hundai instead of a misubishi. When I complained I was lied to as the company rep insisted the cars are in the same class . They are NOT the "same".the Hyundai Venue and the Mitsubishi Outlander are in completely different size classes. The Venue is a subcompact (or mini) SUV designed mainly for tight city driving, while the Outlander is a much larger mid-size/compact crossover with available third-row seating. I felt pressured into paying for add ons. Being forced to pay for tolls not crossed or even yet used plus 22 percent tax on top of this is simply DEPLORABLE. I hope they will offer a refund of some kind if tolls are not used, but this is not likely to occur. I felt definitely scammed.

When I pick it up was faster, I found crokroaches inside the car, when I dropped the car there’s no shuttle for the airport and they said we need to wait like 15 minutes for the next’s shuttle and never come, and send to the other car rental to use that shuttle

The pickup was very easy with friendly, helpful staff. Car was in excellent condition. Returning wasn't straightforward, it had to be returned to a different location from other car hire companies. If this can be communicated upfront that would have been very helpful. Pricing is also very competitive so I would recommend them

I was very pleased with the car that was assigned to me. When I received the car, I would have expected a little more explanation about the car, as well as when I handed over the car at the end of the rental. It turns out that there was damage to the wheel that I did not see and I was not told at the time of delivery that there was a problem. Apart from that, I am also very pleased with the check-in that was done beforehand. Thanks for the service Marek

Apart from the long queues for car collection, I suppose mainly due to higher requests over the bank holiday weekend, I was looked after from a to z by the excellent staff and management of the branch. Cars are usually clean and in good condition.

When I fetched the vehicle I went in with a clear understanding of what I still needed to pay, and declined up selling including for a return without a full tank. Also, I only signed documentation with a clear understanding of existing damage to the vehicle. Naturally, I video the vehicle carefully before departing the rental place, and took a photo of the dashboard to establish fuel level and distance. When I returned the vehicle, again I took a photo and only signed the return documentation once I was satisfied that the fuel level had been accurately recorded, ditto that there was no further damage. With these precautions, it was a smooth experience!

Simple and efficient process of collection and drop off from/to the airport. I can only imagine how much of a nightmare this process would be if there'd been a delay in coming out for immigration/toilet/queue reason(s).
The operator that collected us was called Oussama. He was punctual, helpful, professional and had great interpersonal skills.
We have used USAVE (Greenmotion Marrakech) several times and found (in general) their prices and services to be great -- except for once; whrn they gave a Toyota C-HR with several major faults (e.g., cruise control wasn't working at all and none of the buttons on the steering wheel were functional). However, when I notified them, they replaced the car with a much better and newer car (albeit after a couple of days). I WILL definitely reconsider them again and again provided their prices are right and their service continues to be great.

I returned a rental with a small abrasion to the clearcoat on a door. This damage could have been repaired by any qualified car detailing shop. Instead I got a bill for $2641 including charges for administrative fees and 5 days out of use fees. After my initial complaint they removed those fees but the bill was still $2161. I took the repair estimate to the body shop affiliated with my insurance company and they said “this is crazy” extra parts and because there was no need to paint essentially from wheel well to wheel well. Then they agreed to drop the charge for the door “skin” which dropped the bill to $1711. Then although I’d repeatedly said that I’d pay since I didn't buy their expensive insurance and I wanted to avoid a premium increase, they threatened multiple times to refer the claim to my insurance company. I felt coerced into paying. Clearly they were padding the bill and expecting the insurance company just to pay what they asked for. Seemed like a scam to me.

The people at the Bologna location were pleasant, helpful, and patient. We had pre-booked and pre-paid, so we only had a few formalities to conclude. We were meticulous with checking out the car for prior damage, taking pictures and video. Our return was quick and straightforward. Our biggest recommendation is that the shuttle service not just the airport but the train station (Bologna Centrale) as well.

This company merged with Green Motion, but operates semi-independently. We booked a rental car at Gatwick airport with U-save through Easyjet, connected to our flight bookings to Gatwick. In addition, we bought an excess insurance to cover the stated £2000 insurance excess. All looked fine. On arrival the following issues emerged:
1. At the very bottom of my booking confirmation I discovered that on arrival I needed to phone a number to get their shuttle but to pick us up. It turns out that the rental office is about a 10 minutes bus ride from Gatwick. First we had to walk a fairly long way to but stop 12. The shuttle bus appeared reasonably promptly and the driver was helpful. But since I am disabled, the walk to the bus stop and trying to get into the minibus were difficult.
2. On arrival we were helped almost immediately. We had checked in a few days earlier with all the relevant documentation. But this had not come through, so needed to be done again.
3. We were then told that we were liable up to the value of the vehicle unless we took out an insurance. I protested that we had covered the full excess with a separate insurance through easyjet. But they explained that they work with a third party insurance company and that their cars are only insured for third party damage and minor damage to the vehicle. In other words, if we were to have an accident, we could be charged up toe the value of the car. Also it turned out that free mileage was just 300 miles.
4. We ended up paying an extra £30 or so per day to cover us fully with an £400 excess that would be covered by our excess insurance.
5. The car itself was fine and on return of the car everything was fine and the shuttle bus driver very kindly dropped us off at the terminal, saving us a long walk from the bus stop.
6. While we were discussing the insurance situation, another costumer came in and ended up having the same discussion with another member of staff.
7. The manager claimed that the u-save website explains the insurance situation very clearly but that they have no control over how third parties (i.e. Easyjet in our case) sell their cars and so could not take responsibility for the fact we had not been informed.
8. I have just checked their website. If I book a car there, it offers me several upgrades with excess insurance but it does not say anywhere that if I go ahead without any upgrade I would be liable up to the value of the car. It just shows a higher excess and lower mileage.
(Thanks for the reply. I would like a full refund of the extra insurance charged at pickup please. When I followed the link you provided to follow up on this, there is actually no clear pathway for my complaint or a contact number or email that I can follow up on. I clicked 'Help after your rental' and then am referred back to the third party platform, ie Easyjet. Not helpful.)
