Thank you for raising the condition of the car at pickup in Naples. We understand why receiving a dirty vehicle was disappointing, especially when you were told it could not be cleaned promptly. Please contact ics@cs.usave.com if you would like our customer services team to review your rental.

Thank you for such a lovely review of your first car rental in Italy. We are delighted that the Naples team was professional, helpful and friendly, and that you enjoyed the car and the straightforward process. We appreciate your recommendation.
Fast and pleasant service
Picking up the car was incredibly easy, despite the not so nice reviews I read beforehand.
The young lady working in Napoli airport office was very quick and professional, smiling and being very nice.
There is no printed documentation handed over, which is good.
The same fast and easy process happened on return, the same young lady, smiling and making things easy.
If I want to find something not so good, it is the fact the the trunk of the car was not cleaned, but the rest was clean and new, the car in general was Ok.

Thank you for your detailed review. We’re glad pickup and return at Naples were quick and easy and that our colleague was professional and welcoming. We also appreciate you pointing out that the boot had not been cleaned, despite the rest of the car being in good condition.
