Was initially wary because of a few bad reviews, but the issues seems to be with a 3rd party mobile provider, not this website. I switched my gas and electricity with these guys. Works the same as every other price comparison site. easy and saved ~£250.

Really impressed with this company. Thought my order hadn't been sent as I couldn't track it - emailed them so they emailed back very helpful - turned out it was just because details hadn't been updated then they rang me again to make sure everything was okay the next day. Phone came he next day absolutely no problems at all all staff lovely fab customer service would definitely recommend and use again!!
Better than expected!
I had read some bad reviews but decided to give them a go. I initially wanted the Galaxy S5 but was talked into a new Sony Z2 but was told that I had up to 14 days to exchange if it if I didn't like it. Well, guess what - I didn't like it (poor call quality and didn't like the feel) and rang up customer services to ask for an exchange. I expected to have some hassle but the girl was very helpful and courteous and arranged a swap. They sent out a prepaid bag for the return, I posted it on Monday and I have just received my new electric blue S5 today (Wednesday). I would have no problems in recommending them to my friends.
Don't wast your time
I upgraded through Dialaphone and was told i will be able to use my current phone until the new Sim and phone arrives! Guess what ? my line stopped working after a few hours and was without a line for 24hrs.after numerous calls, they couldn't offer me any solution so i cancelled the upgrade all together.

Ordered my phone and the documents arrived with no redemption details. It clearly stated on the Moneysupermarket website '11.99 cashback by redemption 6.99.' The offer is still on today 12/6/14.
I phoned their customer services within the 7 day cooling off period, and they told me they had made a mistake and not requested it properly. They said they would deal with it straight away and phone me back as I only had one day left of my cooling off period. Never heard from them... After trying for almost a week I eventually spoke to an advisor.
I really expected them to sort it all out for me as it was their mistake and I'd been a valued customer for a few years. But oh no... I will never go with them again.
I could have got the same offer £4 a month cheaper with other rivals but I went with Dialaphone because they had been OK in the past - Never again, all these companies offering redemptions are the same. Extremely unreliable!!!
Update - 29/7/14 - I had the letter ready to post to the 'financial ombudsman' (these Guys don't mess around; if you are in the right, or unsure, then they will sort it out!!!)
After 6 weeks of speaking with team leaders and managers I eventually got the problem resolved. I didn't get an apology, but it was proven that the the deal that I signed up for wasn't the deal that I received. They gave me my redemption money back.
My Husband's phone as just come up for renewal and he has gone with a competitors deal that is £4 a month cheaper (as mentioned above); no problems as yet - Like I said, I/we/my family will never use Dialaphone/phones4u again.
Good customer service and problems dealt with at the initial point of contact make a difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
