what: called customer service to activate SIM. After waiting 8 minutes I was asked to provide name, phone number. I indicated that I was calling to activate my Cricket SIM and learning my phone number was one of my goals of contacting Cricket Customer Service. Their connection dropped and came back. The Service Operator said "it sounds like you are far away." I don't mind accents, I have worked overseas for 20 years. But I don't like being told my polite discussion is unprofessional, and then have them hang up on me, after another 90 seconds of 90% silence, and 10% "hello, can you give me your number."
