what: called customer service to activate SIM. After waiting 8 minutes I was asked to provide name, phone number. I indicated that I was calling to activate my Cricket SIM and learning my phone number was one of my goals of contacting Cricket Customer Service. Their connection dropped and came back. The Service Operator said "it sounds like you are far away." I don't mind accents, I have worked overseas for 20 years. But I don't like being told my polite discussion is unprofessional, and then have them hang up on me, after another 90 seconds of 90% silence, and 10% "hello, can you give me your number."

Resolution provided:
HOWEVER USASIM has reimbursed me for the costs in full. Appreciate the great service and generous to settle. Management called me and appologized for what happened. My friends who wentto the USA this summer had no issue at all with their SIM card so i was the one being unlucky to receive a SIM whcih did not work.To be clear, i will contact USASIM again when travelling to the USA.
Bought a SIM solution for EUR 119,--
Did not work, had to call on own expense TELE2 in the US and to pay additional USD50 to get data access. After that the data piece worked but was not able to make calls. Had to pay extra if i would like that as well.
Try to contact USASIM.... Phone not picked up, no replies received on emails.
POOR issue and after sales customer support from Belgium branche USASIM. Don't go there nor buy any product of them!!!

Everything worked excellent! No problems with the sim card at all. The minute I landed on the airport the internet already worked. The next time I travel to the USA I would buy it again!
