THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER WROTE BACK OR ANSWERED MY EMAILS OR QUESTIONS.... COMPANY IS A SCAM.... DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY

Used to be great. Now they are rude and customer service sucks. I made a mistake with email and wanted shipping confirmation. Yea my fault. Couldn’t get a response so I had to reach out through payment method which was private. Finally I did and got reprimanded. I will never use this company again.

Great variety of products with info showing what's in them and what they can do. First order had no problems at all. Order processed quickly and received just as fast. Second order had quite a few hiccups electronically with googlepay payment made but not received by the company. Tried twice and decided to cancel order. Pro: Email responses by this company were very quick regarding electronic issue. I was unable to send them another message thru website. It let me make comment but it would not send so I sent email. Several ways to make/send payments. Con: no direct credit card payment option. When I reported payment made again (payment not received by them thru googlepay first time but my receipt shows it was sent) so sent copy of second googlepay payment receipt (first payment refunded/cancelled by googlepay due to not accepted by company per googlepay) they responded quick not received, but when I emailed for them to cancel my order and I will try another source, the response I got was ..we don't force people to buy. THAT WAS NOT EXPECTED. I assumed that meant do not make another order with another payment source. Good company but an electronic issue that was no fault of theirs or mines resulted in a response I never expected to hear. No payment accepted by company (because they didn't see it) so no money loss on my end.

Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with... Representative actually cussed me out for asking where my product was.... Do not order from this company at all is my recommendation

Switched to this vendor (USAPEPTIDE.COM) because my previous source no longer carries the product (albuterol). You think that the 5 star reviews at least said something, right? Well, here is the result--there was not any. It did not even increase heart beat, like not at all, at a dose of 6mg for four times a day. Then tried 12mg, nothing. I mean, come on! Emailed the USA peptide 4 days ago. No response whatsoever. Contacted my bank, was told that could not dispute the charge because it was issued through eCheck. Of course, all the available payments methods you can use to pay USA peptide have the same issue - anything happened you cannot even dispute it. Well, I learned my lesson. Hope you are not gonna become another victim.
