Site very hard to navigate, you need a code to look up anything. The pajamas I found was by accident Put pajamas in cart, checked cart later and item was gone. Was on chat and at first no one was there, then answered a few hours later and was on lunch. Called customer service and were not much help. Very ship-shod company. Will try to place order, if that is possible.

I ordered two pairs of Stan Smith sneakers (Porsche)! I was very pensive about purchasing, as two other on-line sellers offer such sneakers, DID NOT respond! After a few email I was assured I would get my product! My concerns were allayed for sure with very prompt emails! I did not expect the Stan Smith sneakers, as these (Porsche graphics) were over half price! You get what you pay for! Theye are certainly not tier one quality, but I'm sure they will see me through summer! Nice looking, I'm sure I will get loads of comments! And two pairs for less than one! I received my order incorrectly the 2 hoodies had a very small printed logo on the back of the hoodie. However, USA Last remedied the problem immediately. I received my purchase in time for my spouse’s birthday. Thank you, I appreciate every effort you did to deliver my spouse’s gift on time for his birthday! He loves the hoodies!

My partner ordered me a football christmas jumper, priced at £50. Ive seen better quality on back street markets! Awful 'honeycomb' material and the print of what should have been 'Santa is Red' actually said "SANTAN IS RED"
We complained. They sent another item in a 'silk like' material with "SANTAN IS RED" on this one too! Very clearly not the product ordered from the advert that shows a wool jumper!
Shocking lack of professionalism. And if they think our pursuit of a full refund is over, they are very, very mistaken!!
Just to reiterate ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered a jacket 2 months ago! I’ve had zero reply and still no jacket! Such a scam

I loved my jackets that were able to be personalized. They looked just like the picture. I am very pleased with this company and intend to order again.

I paid for "express" delivery - and it took a month to arrive. It just arrived a few minutes ago and it is not what I ordered. I ordered a sweatshirt and this was printed on a "jersey" that could fit three adults inside of it. NOT impressed.

I had to text them a few times, but they did send tracking information for the package. They even sent tracking for it to get to their office as well as it coming to me. When they received it, they sent it out the same day. I was worried, but it arrived just in time for Christmas as promised. My wife lives the shirt. It is a little thin, but i expected that. 4 stars because I did have to contact them a couple of times.

Ordered the Jiminy cricket hoodie jacket for my sister. It is wonderful! She will love it. Great experience, will look for more merchandise from this website.

I ordered a pair of shoes without knowing my mom had purchased the same. I reached out to the company on Facebook after receiving the news we had both ordered the same shoes, they took care of a refund in less than a day. I’ve never ordered from this company before, but after this experience I will definitely start doing business with them in the future.
