Good experiences overall. I did have preordered items that didn't get enough stock to fill, and wasn't notified. I followed up multiple years later when I noticed, and received a credit. Good communication and attitude from their representatives, but might need some help in tracking systems and fulfillment logistics. This incident *was* many years ago, and they have probably resolved any of the issues since then.

USA Gundam always ships on time and everything arrives well packed and in good shape. Honestly, I would have said that's the minimum, but these days most companies can't even do that. USA Gundam has kept up being an honest business. Please never change.

The quality of items has always been phenomenal! I love ordering models and figures from here :) Recently there was a delay in receiving a figure but usagundam kept me updated throughout the process!

USAGS is always a good choice for me to get hobby kits/tools from, especially since they have decent sales fairly often. It did take a while to be shipped this time, but once it was mailed it got here quickly. They also sent an email about the delay and it was a big event sale, so it's understandable. I'm not ever in a rush in the first place (my backlog makes sure of that), so the fact that pre-orders via this store are typically in-stock later than some other sites doesn't bother me either.
