Great experience with USABuyingAgent.com! The process was easy, communication was fast, and my order arrived safely. One of the best proxy shipping services I’ve dealt with. I’ll definitely use them again.

There are various things that I really dislike it, they put two times the service fee (the second time they said, that the first time that they wrote, was for the taxes, when they explicitly wrote service fee) they said that they accept visa, master card and paypal, when is not true (they said that they can't accept paypal for everything, and you can use paypal only to pay the service fee) and for the two cards, they ''accept''only via transferwise.(is not a direct use and they try to avoid, PS with the transferwise, you will give money to an bank account,so can be more difficult to your bank to act to defend you).

They also write USD 125.56 = 205.49 EUR for the shipping cost (when actually is around on 115 EUR) that is an overpriced shipping, I test myself on the fedex site, putting the address of their structure, I saw 20-30 euro less compared to what they said, they put other commissions like, per shop fee, the cost of packaging, that is not write anywhere how much it will cost (they put on the FAQ, that in case of refund, there will be a packaging cost, without saying the possible cost and a chance to calculate the cost).
For the shipping they put directly the fedex shipping, without giving a direct choice of which courier I wanted to choose (only when I said, where are the others couriers, they said they cost more, giving just an another courier, when in the site they put, various courires logos).

I wrote 4 times for a refund, they try discuss on various things, without giving me an proper answer for nothing (the only one right thing is when they confirm that USD 125.56 = 205.49 EUR was a mistake) and when they said, they will accept the refund, they put me in wait for 5 days, to attend the ''processing team''for contact the site to request a refund, and clearly after too much wait and procastination to proprerly request a refund, the refund time was expired (the site, give two weeks for ask a refund).

In the end, in the last message they said clearly ''Now you either transfer the shipping cost or destroy the product.''when they had time to do their work for refund.

Unable to shop on a particular site that only allowed sales to U.S. residents, I relied on USABuyingAgent to proceed with the purchase and shipping.
I confess that I was quite skeptical at first about using the site, and feared that it might be an unreliable site.
I am writing this Review for people who may now be in the same position as me: the Site is reliable, I have purchased through them and received everything on time.
Above all: Customer Service has always been helpful and ready to respond to my messages and concerns.
Excellent experience, which I hope to repeat again.
Only small negative note: the USA-Italy shipment, which was made through Aramex, was blocked in customs upon arrival in Italy and I had to pay additional fees (which were not budgeted) in order to unlock and receive the package. The problem was that I had not received information about the blocked package from either Aramex or USABuyingAgent, and I had to contact Aramex myself to try to get information about it.
Other than that, more than positive experience.

Avoid at all costs.
2 months since transferring money for my order there has been no meaningful update only excuses. Now that I have asked to cancel my order and get a refund they are no longer responding.

Very satisfied, the fulfilled exactly what they proposed to do, with great communication and transparency on the costs

Was surprisingly impressed for what I suspect is a small scale operation managed by Chinese nationals but ultimately delivered on their commitment for a nominal 10% fee and breezed through customs despite face-value invoices without needing additional payment for import charges, which so often happens when ordering direct from retailers.
Having been looking for a third party buying service for sometime because as a non US citizen without a local delivery address or local credit card buying US products is often not possible. I was sceptical to send money in advance through Transferwise, not my first choice and could have been tedious to set up had I not already had an account. But the initial purchasing charges followed by the shipping fee matched what was estimated in advance. The whole process for multi-purchase orders took around 3-4 weeks.
Suggestions for improvement (and 5 stars) would be real-time updates as items are purchased, more choice for transferring payments, a physical delivery address to estimate shipping charges within the US and the option to buy myself and ship to their collection point so I could gain discounts on loyalty or promotions. Despite these points I would recommend their services and hope over time they continuously improve.
Edit (June 2022): have used their service twice more and they have improved on the communication during the process and added local bank transfer in my country of residence, making the payment service a breeze. Shipping was still easy through customs although I did directly feedback that their latest shipping provider was slow and lacked updates, compared to the previous times resulting in the process taking over a month to complete.

Very impressed with their customer service support. First time using it and I was a bit skeptical at first.

But the online chat customer service agents was very helpful and will make sure they consult you in every stage to get the right products. When the seller charges excessive shipping fee, they will ask you before proceeding with the order.

Unfortunately the goods I want soldout and they quickly process my refund request.

Definitely impressed.
